In geometry, a pyramid is a polyhedron formed by connecting a polygonal base and a point, called the apex. Each base edge and apex form a triangle. It is a conic solid with polygonal base.

An n-sided pyramid will have n+1 vertices, n+1 faces, and 2n edges. All pyramids are self-dual.

When unspecified, the base is usually assumed to be square.

If the base is a regular polygon and the apex is above the center the polygon, an n-gonal pyramid will has Cnv symmetry.

Because the Consumer Pyramid is an artifact of material beings forcing their will into the Solar Consciousness, all of its various fragments have developed together... seemingly in balance, but each broken in its own way, when compared to the greater picture.

The Corporation

The Corporation developed as a literal representation of the division of labor and resources, but eventually became little more than a system obsessed with finding ways to limit any aspect of the natural Universe so they could package and sell it for profit.

Religion

Advertised as a spiritual communal and celebratory collaboration experience, Religion is mostly a social engineering system designed to celebrate a loving Universe, while simultaneously attempting to take advantage of it.

The Military

Is the enforcer of the system, and one of the last lines of defense that the Consumer Pyramid has. If they lose their Ethics, the society is screwed.

Everything At Once

Allowing "Everything" involves communication, and a Solar Consciousness that tries to explore every idea that occurs to it. As I stated earler, this is what I was told our Planet has been doing for a while. The main benefit of this is balance, while trying to move away from limits, so if something tries to stop an idea, the Solar Consciousness notices it and begins promoting that exact thing. It's a fun way to live, but can become very expensive to the material and energy, if not handled responsibly by the Sun.

As awareness increases in "Everything", it experiences an exponential growth process.

If we represent a sampling of everything possible, based on the ideas moving through the Solar Consciousness, and we are biologically built on the idea of creating something with only the best ideas, and we decide to build a culture based on the worst ideas, then all we are doing in the grand scheme of things is noise canceling ourselves. When our art and culture goes through Oblivion on the energy side, and enters the Solar Consciousness, only trivia will likely survive.

In 1936, 100 years after Major Mitchell explored this area of Victoria, the town of Pyramid Hill re-enacted the event. I wrote a blog about it here boobookbacktracks.blogspot.com.au/2013/02/trove-tuesday-i...

After reading some of this book www.scribd.com/doc/26093017/Patrick-Flanagan-Pyramid-Powe... felt compelled to construct a paper model of the Great Pyramid, but with the indentations to the walls that the BioGeometry web page www.biogeometry.org/page33.html suggests are energetic corrections. I used the precise measurements here www.aloha.net/~hawmtn/pyramid.htm to make this form. Hope to exeperiment with it to see if claims made in Flanagan's book can be verified.

Seen from most of the way up the pyramid of the Moon. The base is the same size as Khufu´s great pyramid but it is only, oh, 2\3 the height, filled with earth rather than building rubble like the other. Once you´ve climbed the pyramid of the moon you scamper up this one

Teotihuacan is one of the most famous and important sites of ancient Mexico, best known for it's enormous Avenue of the Dead and the great pyramids of the Sun and Moon.

Although the site was known in Aztec times as the 'Birthplace of the Gods' it is actually significantly older, with most of the major structures built between 100-250AD and the city, one of the largest ever ancient settlements in the Americas, was believed to have been still inhabited up to the 8th century.

Today the vast scale of the complex, particularly the so called Avenue of the Dead, nearly 3km long and flanked by ancient ruins and terraces, continues to awe visitors. At the north end of the Avenue sits the Pyramid of the Moon, whilst it's much larger counterpart, the Pyramid of the Sun, sits halfway up it's eastern side. At the southern end sits the Ciudadela complex which centres on the smaller pyramid of Quetzelcoatl, earlier and more ruined than the larger pyramids but retaining it's stunning original sculptural decoration on part of it's western face, featuring the iconic feathered serpent heads.

Aside from the great ceremonial structures there are also residential buildings, particularly the palatial complex at the north west corner that retains some vivid fragments of it's original mural decoration.

The main city swimming pool since its construction in the late 1930's, the Pyramids is still a popular destination for many.

The City Swimming Baths were designed in 1937 by John Bennett, the City Architect for Exeter City Council, with an advanced design for its time. The foundation stone was laid on 24 May 1939 by the Mayor, Cllr Rowland Glave Saunders JP.

The electricity for heating and lighting the pool was from capacity released when the Exeter trams were closed in 1930.

It was opened on 24th May 1941 by Mr Glave Saunders who was still Mayor, due to the outbreak of war. Costing £56,000, it was built by F & E Small, largely of pre-cast concrete with a brick front façade and sides – it has a balanced mix of classical and Thirties style art-deco architecture. The 100 ft long, electrically heated pool had enough seats for 500 spectators around its edge. A café and laundry were included in the complex.

During the 4 May 1942 air raid, the fire service was so short of water to extinguish the burning buildings, that they had to run a line to the swimming pool to supply their hoses.

The interior had a makeover in the Eighties with Egyptian tiling and decoration, a new children's pool and improved changing facilities in the basement. This prompted a name change to The Pyramids.

During 2006, the City Council announced that they are looking to replace the Pyramids with a 50 metre, Olympic size pool. It is probable that the Pyramids would be demolished and the site given another use.

Ames Pyramid was constructed by the Union Pacific Railroad as a tribute to Ashley and Oakes Ames, brothers who manufactured tools and promoted funding of the railroad by Congress. It was designed by Henry Hobson Richardson, a well known 19th century architect. The Pyramid is about 60 feet tall and is located a short distance from I-80 between Cheyenne and Laramie at an elevation of more than 8000 fasl. The Ames name still appears on tools that are sold today.
