Didn't really have anything good for this day other than this pushup shot. It occurs to me that I never did an update on the 100 pushups project. I did the 6- week program and got to 80 pushups...by the seventh week I did 100 in a row. I now routinely crank out 60 in a row, and occasionally will do 80 or more in a row more than once a day. The program works. Do it.

I don't know why, but he just started doing pushups in the walkway. Everyone around was laughing. It was so random.

A jogger does pushups before running up the steps of the Philadelphia Art Museum.

Although she's not real fond of "Tummy Time," Edith is getting better and better at lifting her head. She can't hold it up for but just a second at a time, and when she's pushing up she yells really loudly.

Your body should be completely straight in one line with your midsection contracted and pulled in. Avoid shoulder irritation by keeping your hands directly beneath your shoulders. Don't let them come out in front of you as all the weight will go to the shoulder join, instead of being dispersed throughout your muscles. Joints should never carry weight - that the muscles job!
