The barrel of a push-pin inserted into cork board. Pretty simple photo from around the office that I took on my lunch break. Even more detail (if you want) can be seen large.
Pushing Kodak Gold 200 @ 800
Developed with Compard C41 - 3part developer.
Camera Minolta Dynax 60 with ISO set to 800.
Development time at 40 degrees C @ 3 minutes per Stop so 9 minutes in total, Bleach and Fix as normal, also at 40 degrees.
Results look very usable, grain comparable to normal exposure. I am pleasantly surprised by the result.

Push up exercise is a perfect exercise to build upper body and core strength. It is a compound exercise that uses muscles in the chest, shoulders, triceps, back, abs, and even the legs. The 30 minutes push up workout challenge should practice on a regular basis for insane upper body strength . Xcross Fitness Channel has many push up exercise videos, so watch the videos and learn different exercises.

Let us, therefore, forget for a while the technical discussions about the Church, its mission, its methods. Not that these discussions are wrong or unnecessary—but they can be useful and meaningful only within a fundamental context, and that context is the “great joy” from which everything else in Christianity developed and acquired its meaning. “For, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy”—thus begins the Gospel, and its end is: “And they worshipped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy.” (Lk. 2:10, 24:52). And we must recover the meaning of this great joy. We must if possible partake of it, before we discuss anything else—programs and missions, projects and techniques.

I messed it up last time - I decided to be cleverer this time. I took some Fuji RMS 120 MS 100/1000 films - an 100 ISO slide film that is specified up to 1000 ISO. I rated it at 1600 to get reasonable shutter times. I should have known better, it was not the first time I did that wrong. For technical reasons my lab can push slide film only by 3 stops ...
BREAKING NEWS My 752nd
picture to be viewed over 1,000 times (June 2018). First uploaded November 2015.
NEWS EXTRA! ( Re-release No.6) - April 19 2018
This is one of over 30 of my Flickr pictures which had ended up as "private" without any intervention whatsoever on my part. In the process, all the "favourites" and other data has been lost.
As some of you may know, I have a long-running "Breaking News" series where I keep track of my picture viewings as they reach 1,000, ad seriatim, and bring them them to the fore as and when the viewings have exceeded that number. Until, this happened, I knew whether a picture was the 100th, 500th, 712th or whatever picture to hit that "magic number". Not any any more.
This one, which was first posted in November 2015, has yet to join the "1,000 Club".
Flickr thinks that the cause of the problem has something to do with the Flickr / Light Room interface. If that is the case, I surely cannot be the only person affected.

that's only $13.16 for an 11 x 14 inch HD glorious 2019 calendar. if you enjoy my work you will love the calendar. it's very handsome. most of the images in these 2 version are recent with a mix of abstractions and typical photographs of my usual grunge and debris.

A few more of the La Push, Washington sunset shots from 11/30/2007 just because they have light in them. These are part of the Journey to the Center set, from my trip around the Olympic Peninsula before and during the big storm that hit the coast the first few days of December. The set makes a great slide show if you have time!

Series of images shot with not so great lenses. This one shot with an E.Ludwig Meritar 1:2.9 50mm v3 Exakta mount 'zebra' wide open on a Panasonic DMC-GX8 with Exakta/MFT adapter.
I have some old lenses that are not that good but somehow I like the way they alternate between soft unsharpness and unexpected detail. In this series I am pushing them to their limit on the bad side at max aperture. Don' credit the creator, credit the lens!
