Push up exercise is a perfect exercise to build upper body and core strength. It is a compound exercise that uses muscles in the chest, shoulders, triceps, back, abs, and even the legs. The 30 minutes push up workout challenge should practice on a regular basis for insane upper body strength . Xcross Fitness Channel has many push up exercise videos, so watch the videos and learn different exercises.

BREAKING NEWS My 752nd
picture to be viewed over 1,000 times (June 2018). First uploaded November 2015.
NEWS EXTRA! ( Re-release No.6) - April 19 2018
This is one of over 30 of my Flickr pictures which had ended up as "private" without any intervention whatsoever on my part. In the process, all the "favourites" and other data has been lost.
As some of you may know, I have a long-running "Breaking News" series where I keep track of my picture viewings as they reach 1,000, ad seriatim, and bring them them to the fore as and when the viewings have exceeded that number. Until, this happened, I knew whether a picture was the 100th, 500th, 712th or whatever picture to hit that "magic number". Not any any more.
This one, which was first posted in November 2015, has yet to join the "1,000 Club".
Flickr thinks that the cause of the problem has something to do with the Flickr / Light Room interface. If that is the case, I surely cannot be the only person affected.
