Philadelphia - With demands printed on large individual banners, over a hundred people rallied at Constitution Hall, hearing statements from activists, from letters of imprisoned immigrants and finally from city and state political leaders. The whole group followed up with a spirited march to the Ben Franklin Bridge, where they blocked the entrance to the bridge connecting Philadelphia, PA to Camden, NJ for over 30 minutes during rush hour. Police then arrested 13 activists (their bodies chained and locked together) who refused to leave the bridge entrance in protest of President Biden's anti-immigrant policies.

On July 23, Kaiser Permanente workers leafleted the company's Bellflower facility for colluding with the SEIU—a scandal-plagued union that a majority of Kaiser employees have rejected—to retaliate against workers who are organizing an independent union.
In March, a majority of Kaiser's 50,000 California employees signed a petition to quit the SEIU and join the National Union of Healthcare Workers (NUHW). Since then, Kaiser has unlawfully joined SEIU's effort to stop caregivers from changing unions, by paying staff to campaign for SEIU, allowing SEIU to purge NUHW supporters from labor-management committees, removing flyers from employee bulletin boards, scheduling mandatory "captive audience" meetings for SEIU officials, and targeting NUHW supporters for disciplinary action.
