DWB111 is another emission nebula in Cygnus. Little is known about this object including its distance from Earth.

A few years ago, the Intrepid was due to be taken to a dry dock for some renovations. Over the years, mud had built up around the hull and the propellers were stuck in it. So once they freed the ship, they removed them permanently and now one is on display in the hanger. It is HUGE.

These are the brass propellers that will be used to propel the boat. They are powered by triple electric Kyosho motors.
For the propeller bests, once I've carved the mouth out, I shape the teeth. I put each tooth in individually, and then trim them so they look sharper. The teeth in the upper half of the mouth have been trimmed, but not the ones in the lower half.

This propeller was brought up a few years ago in the nets of a fishing boat off the west coast of Cumbria. It was subsequently identified as belonging to a Lancaster bomber which ditched in the area during World War 2 with the loss of the entire crew. Not visible in this photo, behind the propeller a section of the shaft including a gear wheel also remains attached.
