Glowing wine glass

ODC - 10/27/2020 - Light Inside

A transport strike in London added a bit of interest to the commute. I took a crowded bus for part of the journey into the office. The Bakerloo line was opened later in the day and I was the first person to enter the carriage.

I can't remember how many days it has been rainy and cloudy here...almost a week I think! At least we had a short break in sunny Wales!

Pictures from a snowy day on campus - Thursday February 18th, 2021. Got some more medicated pecans and hooked up two squirrels on the Diag. Some look a bit worse for wear, but we all do this year, right? A needed diversion on a rough day. Sending love and virtual hugs from Ann Arbor, Michigan.

ODC - 1/7/2022 - Breakfast

I was going to put these on the fridge and play with them, but they kept rolling away from each other. One rolled completely off the fridge, bounced, headed for the space under the stove, then bounced up again and stuck to the stove. It was quite entertaining.

In our living room. When I looked at these my initial thought was "it reminds me of the album cover for 'Power, Corruption and Lies' by New Order. Then I remembered that it was Roses. In a basket. So nothing like it really ... Nevertheless, I'm going to listen to it now.
