i'm really irritated today. wednesdays are usually my favourite days of the week cos i have my digital animation class in the morning.. but today was awful. i'm the only girl in the class and i feel as though a lot of the boys/men in the class are very sexist. they always crack little jokes about how i'm the only girl and how my work is "girly" and they are all so rude.
but, as of now... i have an internship with the company my dad works for! woo! non-paid but i'm super excited. i'll officially be the flash guru for the webpages. woo.

I call this one "just another night for the men in tights" (though it's really more like "bodysuits", but that doesn't rhyme).
Day 366 – The circle is complete. Hard to believe it’s been a year. This is my 2nd time around doing this project. The first time I did this project, I experimented a lot, but this time around I focused on what was around me in a more journalistic style, it’s a wonderful way to document a year. I guess you can say, this project was a labor of love. Thanks everyone for following, I really appreciate it! (dropping the proverbial mic)…
Project365 Day 204: Eli was a little bored during the Skype baptism service for his little brother (seen left).
It was a cool, rainy day - perfect for knitting, lighting a candle and sipping on some tea. The blackberries also made their debut mixed with some cubed peaches.

HAHAHA.
However, i didn't get a picture of myself, maybe I will on Thursday :)
But I finally got him to put it on!! :)

My little man can be so bratty sometimes, but I get over it cuz he is just so darn cute!! <3

Strobist: Upended cardboard box with hole cut in the (now) top, Canon 430ex flash on 1/64 power lying on its back under the box, lined up underneath the hole; upended pyrex dish to bridge the hole while allowing the light thrhough; 4 sheets white paper to diffuse and attenuate the flash shooting directly up into the base of the paperweight on top of the pyrex. Cactus triggers. I'm thinking there must be a simpler way :-)
I suppose it would have sounded more impressive if I'd claimed it was white blood cells or something ;-)
Came home late today to find Genna indulging herself in You Tube Videos. Must be the geese flying that caught her eye. Either that or Hawkeye pilot tweeking her ear for music appreciation. What else can a dog do on a rainy, snowy day? She likes this one best.
