Update: 3.18.2017.
Very pleased to announce that this piece won 3rd prize last night at the Gifted Gala 2017 held by the Lemont Center for the Arts. The Gala was held at the Lithuanian World Center Art Museum (which is a hidden gem) in Lemont, Illinois and will benefit the arts. I am very honored to have had four pieces hanging in the show and taking this prize.

Amazing show last night at the Flower of Life Art Gallery in Lockport. All of the artists there presented really impressive work and it was great to see.

The Peace Project
Photography – Glossy 20 x 28
The Peace Project is a collection of portraits of people from Chicago, Illinois and from the other side of the planet at Jakarta, Indonesia. The project looks to recognize that life is not so black and white but more portraits of gray. Cultures and people are incredibly different, but maybe someday we will figure out that we are all human and understand how much we actually have in common. That there is a oneness to mankind and we all, I hope, have peace somewhere in us.
Much peace, love and happiness from them to you.
This is a continuation of the current project of an Image a day.
This will take a year to complete. It will be a "Colour Project"....numbered 731 to 1100 and it will begin on September 1st 2022..
I will also include an additional 4 Sets that will last a month each.
First will be Vines and Vineyards in November.2022.
Second is Forests ,,Water, ,Trees and Leaves in February 2023.
Third "Light Eating Objects" in May 2023.
Forth will be another B&W . August 2023.
On top of all that every month will feature a small set of 4 pics with different themes.
As you can see I shall be a busy Bunny!.

I'm with Drift and prefer to watch a good sheepdog trial ... a very famous programme on the BBC is a trial that's held once a year called "One Man and His Dog" ... yesterday Ireland won ...

Aswell as the ROE convertion, work continues on the Metrobus dual door convert, primmed today to see if theres any breaks in the filler.
I shall now file the first window bay at the top to get the window frame line next
These homes are part of Project Row Houses in Houston’s Third Ward. They are breathing new life into this historically black community. The project preserves the culture, architecture and history of the area. These are original structures uniformally renovated.

This duck came right up to me, looked at me, then looked at my camera and then looked at me again...it was clear that it wanted a photo!
Some of my current work-in-progress models, I really should get around to finishing some of these...
From left to right (oldest to newest):
CIWL dining car, intended to expand my NBDS mailtrain consist. The digital model is basically done, I just need to get around to ordering the parts and building it. I started on this one all the way back in 2022.
NS/SBB TEE trainset. I built a model of this train before, but decided the model needed an upgrade. What started as a few minor changes turned into a complete rebuilt that I'm still working on. The shaping of the engine unit is done, and all the internal structure for the nose section is ready too. The rest of the internal structure is still missing, and the coaches still need some work on the exterior too. This one was started late 2023/early 2024.
DB V200. This model is basically just a shell at this point, but all the major shapes are in place and I'm supper happy with how it's looking so far. None of the internal structure is there yet, and it's still missing details on the roof and on the bogies. I started working on it about a year ago.
NS 1700. This latest model is heavily inspired by the awesome work of raised (www.flickr.com/photos/raised), Ervvin (www.flickr.com/photos/epjl) & many others involved in the original Nez Casse project. Particularly the nose section is basically a 1:1 copy of their original model. This model is also just a shell at the moment, with nothing on the inside to hold it together yet. It also has no wheels, and it's still missing some stuff on the roof. This is a fairly recent project, I only started playing around with it in October of this year.
The event starts 6pm 9pm on the 10th(SLT) - 25th
Each color pack is limited in quantity and if the limited item is sold out ,you cannot get it even during the event .
Project Limited is an exclusive, bi-annual event hosted by Depraved Nation. Participating stores will release unique, limited edition items and once they are sold out they are gone forever!
