This was inside a fake elevator that had a foam yoga block and a rail inside. There was a button you could press to hear a soothing voice instruct you on what pose to do and then tell you to visualize a random color after each pose. I did the first 3 poses then it occurred to me "Oh god what if someone walks in on me doing this". So then I just stood and listened for a bit and 2 people did walk over.

SAGINAW —The Most Rev. Joseph R. Cistone, Bishop of Saginaw, commissioned new members of the Lay Ministry Program on Sunday, Sept. 13 at the Cathedral of Mary of the Assumption in Saginaw. The Lay Ministry Program offers deep spiritual, theological and pastoral formation for lay people so that they may be even more effective in carrying out the lay apostolate and evangelization. Lay ministry formation involves four years of learning, spiritual formation and pastoral practice before each candidate is commissioned by the bishop for parish-based lay ministry or missioned by the bishop as a “Christian in the World.” The newly-commissioned lay ministers join more than 350 other lay ministers actively involved in service across the Diocese of Saginaw. Those interested in learning more about the Lay Ministry Program may call 989-797-6609.

An often suggested but frequently overlooked component of a Structural IPM Program is exclusion. This step is designed to keep pests out of buildings and to prevent their movement between floor and rooms within a building.
Doors are an easy access point for rodents, which may enter because of temperature differences, food odors or for exploration. Gaps under doors that measure 1/4 inch high, or openings 3/8 inch wide can permit mice, and should we sealed with a pest proof door sweep.
