NCDs Program supported by Dotdash Meredith India
As part of management of NCDs, Trinity Care Foundation with CSR support from Dotdash Meredith India has initiated a public health project in a Government PHC in Ramanagara District, Karnataka with focus on Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) and Oral Health. This project has the potential to significantly reduce cardiovascular care and oral health disparities and improve community awareness for the marginalized.

Programa Mais Médicos, Estado do Pará, Ilha do Marajó cidade de Breves, Brasil.
O principal objetivo do programa “Mais Médicos” é reduzir as desigualdades de saúde ampliando o “Programa Saúde da Família” reduzindo as disparidades no acesso a serviços de saúde de qualidade que continuam atingindo grande parte da população brasileira. O Programa é congruente com o plano Nacional de Desenvolvimento do Brasil 2022 o que vai acelerar os avanços nas realizações das metas dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento do Milênio da Nações Unidas.
Até o momento o Programa Mais Médicos conta com 14,168 médicos, do qual 11,429 são administrados pela OPAS. Os médicos que participam do programa trabalham em 3,785 municípios e 34 comunidades indígenas. O programa Mais Médicos atende a uma população de mais de 48.6 milhões de brasileiros e conta com uma cobertura de 100% de todos os municípios que se aplicaram para o programa.

Fish, assigned to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) Six, attached to U.S. Africa Command (USAFRICOM), instructs Major Kilubi Kalukula Bernard, assigned to the Center of Training for Rapid Reaction Units, attached to Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo, the use of the Minelab F3 metal detector November 16. U.S. military EOD teams are working with African nations as part of an effort to support the Humanitarian Mine Action Train-the-Trainer program. U.S. personnel are serving as trainers to train regional African humanitarian mine action instructors in demining, explosive remnants of war, explosive ordnance disposal, mine risk education and medical first responder techniques. ARM Program Manager Sally McFarlane visited the icebreaker R/V Polarstern in Tromsø, Norway, before the launch of the Multidisciplinary Drifting Observatory for the Study of Arctic Climate (MOSAiC) field campaign. MOSAiC kicked off September 20, 2019. The Polarstern froze into and drifted with arctic ice for a full year so researchers could measure conditions in the ocean, sea ice, atmosphere, and biosphere.

Victory Programs' 2017 Dinnerfest RED Party + Auction was one for the record books with a celebrity-style step and repeat, returning rock-star auctioneer Kathy Kingston and premium prizes including a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to throw the first pitch at PRIDE night at Fenway park that sold for nearly $5,000 after Dinnerfest co-chair Tiffani Faison upped the anti not once, not twice, but three times, sweetening the deal with additional goodies courtesy of her 2nd restaurant, Sweet Cheeks Q which happens to be steps away from Fenway Park, live on stage to motivate bidders! Guest who wore red, the signature color for the event, were entered into a special raffle. The event raised more than $130,000, last year's record and supports Victory Programs' 17 health, housing and prevention programs which serve more than 2,300 men, women and children annually.

Participants in the 2018 Birmingham Public Library Student Mock Trial Program present their case on March 22 in a Jefferson County Courthouse courtroom. Preparations began on January 25 at the Central Library with weekly training sessions.
The Student Mock Trial Program is a partnership between the Birmingham Public Library, the Northern District of Alabama’s U.S. Public Defender’s Office, and the Birmingham Bar Foundation. Coordinated by BPL’s Lance Simpson, the program is designed to introduce students from grades 6 to 12 in metro Birmingham to the critical thinking and advocacy skills utilized in courtroom trials.

Victory Programs' Founder & President Emeritus, Jonathan Scott, retired after 43 years of serving some of the most vulnerable members of the Greater Boston community. During his four decades with Victory Programs, Jonathan oversaw the launch of dozens of innovative programs to address the needs of people in recovery from substance use disorder, people living with HIV/AIDS, and individuals and families facing homelessness. On May 30, hundreds of agency friends, personal friends of Jonathan, current and former staff, and agency alumni gathered to celebrate Jonathan's many successes and wish him well as he starts the next chapter of his life.
