South Carolina National Guard leadership and a military delegation from the Republic of Colombia meet to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the State Partnership Program (SPP) between the two organizations, Columbia, South Carolina, June 29, 2022. Since its launch in 2012, the program focused on the establishment and development of long-lasting partnerships between their respective Army and Air branches, their subordinated commands, and their service members. U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Van McCarty, The Adjutant General for South Carolina, and Colombian Army Gen. Luis Navarro lead their respective delegations throughout the celebrations and associated activities. The event’s schedule included the inauguration of the SPP exhibit at the South Carolina Military Museum, as well as awards ceremonies and workshops. Additionally, both leadership teams met with South Carolina Governor Henry D. McMaster, Lieutenant Governor Pamela S. Evette, and other members of the state government. On Friday, August 24, 2012, Maj. Gen. Joyce L. Stevens, Assistant Adjutant General-Army for Texas and Commander of the Texas Army National Guard honor the Job Education Connection Program (JCEP) for having in 1000th Service Member hired in Texas. Originally began as a pilot program in Texas, Spec. Anthony Tony Christmas became the 1000th JCEP participant hired when he accepted a position with Aramark Uniform Services in Dallas, Texas. During a Native American history-themed sleepover at the National Archives in Washington, DC, 101 kids and their grown-ups spent the night enjoying history-related activities, learning from special guests actor Martin Sensmeier, Jim Thorpe historians Bob Wheeler and Flo Ridlon, and Native American storyteller Perry Ground. After sleeping over night in the Rotunda, participants enjoyed a pancake breakfast made by the Archivist of the United States, David S. Ferriero, on October 14, 2018.

The Dorland-Bell school for girls in Hot Springs was combined with the Asheville Farm School in 1942 to create the Warren Wilson Vocational Junior College. Helen Hickman came from Dorland-Bell and continued teaching weaving until the late '50s
High School Programs Summer Link to College: As one of VIP's most popular programs, Summer Link to College has continued to provide students with a taste of college life. Summer Link is a five-day college experience. Summer Link is a five-day college experience. Students entering their junior year of high school live on the DU campus and participate in a number of college activities. During the summer of 2007, forty-two students from several local high schools joined eleven Summer Link coordinators for an exciting week at the University of Denver. This past summer, VIP expanded the program to include high school students from Abraham Lincoln, Denver Center for International Studies, Denver School of Science and Technology, Denver West, and Pinnacle Charter School. To make Summer Link a true college experience, students participate in a mixture of academic and social activities. For the academic portion of the program, students attended one of three classes taught by DU professors, English, Natural Science, or Web Design. In addition to taking classes, students also participated in workshops that included: presentation skills, health and fitness, and relationships. The Summer Link students also had opportunities to attend cultural events. The most popular event was dinner at Buca Di Beppo, a local Italian restaurant, and attendance at a theatre production of "The Little Mermaid."Based on the response of the students, Summer Link was particularly special this past summer due to the eclectic mix of different schools. Having a college experience with people from different schools allowed the students to create new friendships, which have strengthened throughout the school year. The program has helped to develop these friendships by offering workshops for the students during the school year. This upcoming summer, the program will expand to include additional students and new workshops. The FIU Accounting Bridge program is a 2-day summer program for selected college-bound students. During the 2 days participants will have the opportunity to meet professionals who studied in accounting and now have lucrative, secure, and fascinating jobs.

The Revera and Reel Youth Age is More Film Project is an intergenerational partnership between Revera, a Canadian leader in seniors' accommodation, care and services, and Reel Youth, a charitable project that empowers youth to create engaging films about important social issues. The partnership was launched in 2013.
With 80 films to date, the program celebrates older Canadians through story-telling and film, with the added benefit of fostering new intergenerational relationships. The project aims to shed light on ageism, challenge the assumptions of aging and recognize the valuable contributions of older adults to society.
