For their second day on the program, the ladies visited the Womens Basketball Hall of Fame. At the facility they played some wake up games and then toured the museum. After this, they enjoyed a luncheon and panel where they shared a little about themselves and heard a wonderful message from olympic swimmer Kate Ziegler. After the wonderful meal, the girls gathered for a time of curriculum to begin thinking about the state of women and sports in their communities.

Wilmington, Delaware, December 6, 2013—More than 150 people joined Lieutenant Governor Matt Denn and Executive Director of Delaware Office of Early Learning, Harriet Dichter, on Thursday, December 5, to celebrate the accomplishments of Delaware Stars programs in New Castle County. Delaware Stars for Early Success is a quality rating and improvement system designed to help early childhood programs meet and sustain increasingly higher levels of quality in their programs.
Lt. Governor Matt Denn said he was honored to celebrate the accomplishments of people doing some of the most important work in the state. “The work of these committed, compassionate and skilled educators is so important,” said Denn. “They are changing young lives in very positive ways and improving the futures of children through early learning.”
Delaware Stars programs that achieved a Star 5, the highest rating, received awards and several other programs received certificates of achievement signed by Governor Jack Markell. In addition, “Shining Stars,” people nominated by participating programs who have helped programs achieve their goals, were recognized.
The number of participants in the Delaware Stars program increased from 322 to 473 in 2013. “We are excited about the continued growth of the Delaware Stars program,” said Director Dichter. “More programs participating in Stars means more opportunities for children to enroll in quality early learning programs, and science tells us how critical quality early learning programs are in preparing young children for success in school and life.”
Flatter than the last one I made. This has become something of an obsession. I just don't like the newer iTunes icons.
You can make your own and get an app like Img2icns to change the image file to a .icns. Right click on the program in Applications and choose Show Package Contents. Replace the original iTunes.icns (I always rename it _original so I have it) and replace it with the new one. This works for any program.
Update: you can download the .icns file here: jerryspiller.net/images/itunes_icon_spiller.icns

This is an item I'd hate to be without! I saved up my money when I had my first job, and it cost me about £300, which seemed a lot to me then!
The sad fact is I don't use it any more (the last time it seemed to over expose the photos), because it's too heavy and I would have to keep buying film for it! But I just can't get rid of it! (Anyway, my son Matt keeps pinching the lenses for his DSLR camera!!)
I have a stash of ElecTRONica photos that were never edited or uploaded. So I've decided that I will occasionally upload a set. Sort of to keep ElecTRONica alive, ya know? Because The Grid will remain open so long as its fans declare it so.
