The Ceramics Program welcomed Kirkland House for an evening clay experience, part of the Art in the Houses Initiative through the Office for the Arts at Harvard. Ceramics Program staff gave demos and instruction on wheel throwing before participants headed to their wheels to try it themselves. Participants were also invited to make a hand built textured mug. A good time was had by all!
This event was staffed by Ceramics Program Director of Education Kathy King; Mia Riley, Diane Lulek, Melinda Jordan, Emma Walters, and Jenny Blicharz.
