The second day of staff training offered fun cooperative activities to inspire the teachers. The entire organization gathered to announce company accomplishments, award recognition, and raffle prizes winners.
The 2014-2015 TAI Seminar kicked off with a three-day retreat at the Radisson at Cross Keys in September. More than 40 teachers and artists learned how to integrate the arts into the classroom while aligning with the curriculum. Each artist will work with a teacher partner during the coming months to co-create an arts residency and field-test the program with students.
Teaching staff from LVCC traded places in the classroom and became the students today at DeSales University for annual professional development training.
