The mask changed today

Like most of my spaceships, this started solely because I wanted to use a certain windscreen. I planned to do a couple color variants, but it seems the only other color I have everything in is black and maybe light bley. Meh.

A recent production by a band of 10 incredibly talented young people! It was a great evening.

I've been tirelessly working on these for the past few days and am pretty much brain dead from the long stretches of exposure to one shot enamel and mineral spirits. Time for a break! Whew.....

Framed quite nicely by a tree that has even seen fit to mimic the angle of the power car nose, 43277 'Safety Task Force' passes through Ollerton and adds a burst of sunshine as it makes for the old colliery site.

 

No doubt the post would have carried a ubiquitous cast iron warning sign of some description in days gone by...I wonder if it graces someone's wall nowadays?
