San Diego Transit's 900-Series, Model Year 1981 GM coaches, in production at the GM Canada plant. These would be the last GMC buses ordered by SDT, although a small number of GMC-built RTS buses would later be operated by MTS.
Dorothy Lamour, brunette Paramount star, possesses the "primitive" figure that has been immortalized down through the ages, according to Dr. Maurice LeBell, Hollywood beauty expert. Dr. LeBell commissioned "Pegot," noted young American sculptress, to carve a statue of Dorothy while she was working in her new musical film, "Tropic Holiday," Here are Dorothy and "Pegot" and the statue which was rigged up in Edgyptian style to emphasize the age-old type of beauty it represents.

Snapshot from my Production I Film project "Doppleganger" I took these with my 30D, but the project was filmed on a 16mm Bolex in black & white reversal.
It was the old film program so we cut the original film unfortunately and there was no digital backup.

Alfa Romeo's budget supercar, combining the 1750 GTV underpan chassis and suspension with a road version of the racing style four cam V8 engine and Bertone styled body. Launched in Canada in 1967 as a prototype (hence the name). 200bhp fuel injected engine and ZF five speed gearbox. Most were LHD but RHD available from 1974.
The Montreal is a 2+2 Coupe first introduced as a concept in 1967 at Expo 67 in Montreal, Canada, originally without a concept name. Designed by Marcel gandini of Bertone and powered by a 1600cc engine of the Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti and on the chassis of a Giulia Sprint GT. Two cars were built for the exposition, one of which is displayed in the Alfa Romeo Museum, the other is in the Museums reserve collection.
The first production version was shown at the 1970 Geneva Motor Show differing from the original in its choice of a 2593cc dry sump fuel injected V8 engine, mated to a five speed manual ZF gearbox and a limited slip differential. The chassis and running gear of the production Montreal were taken from the Giulia GTV Coupé. Stylistically, the most eye catching feature is the car's front end with four headlamps partly covered by unusual "grilles", that retract when the lights are switched on. Another stylistic element is the NACA duct on the bonnet. The duct is actually blocked off since its purpose is not to draw air into the engine, but to optically hide the power bulge. The slats behind the doors contain the cabin vents, but apart from that only serve cosmetic purposes
Production was split between the Alfa Romeo plant in Arese and Carrozzeria Bertone's plants in Caselle and Grugliasco outside Turin with Alfa producing the chassis, engine and mechanics and Bertone the bodies. Production was split between the Alfa Romeo plant in Arese and Carrozzeria Bertone's plants in Caselle and Grugliasco outside Turin resulting in the chassis and engine numbers often not matching.
Performance figures quote a maximum speed of 137mph and a power output of 197bhp
The Montreal was always an expensive and rare car When launched in the UK it was priced at £5,077, rising to £5,549 in August 1972 and to £6,999 by mid-1976, more than a Porsche 911 or Jaguar E Type

Don't do it this way. Use the skinny tab but locate the hole for the wire in line with the long axis of the tab and 5 or so mm away. That makes the paucity of annular clearance go farther, as it relates to installing/removing the fork without having the solder joint interfere with the ID of the lower cup.

Bachelor Bob Taylor scans the paper with married man Phil Regan as they await dessert at the Brown Derby cafe in Hollywood. Taylor recently came into the limelight again when a Congressional committee revealed he had sent a congratulatory Christmas message to the French newspaper, Ce Soir. While the committee labeled this indirect support of Communism, asserting the paper was Communistic, Taylor remained silent and Hollywood called it a publicity stunt for the committee.

Some of the coal mined in the Powder River Basin in Wyoming comes from surface mines like this one.
The BLM administers coal leasing on approximately 570 million acres of federal mineral estate. Coal continues to be a large source of energy in the United States, but the continuing low cost of natural gas has spurred a shift away from coal for retail energy production.

Charlie McCarthy on hand for Santa Claus Lane opening.
For one month of the year, Hollywood Boulevard becomes Santa Claus Lane, and last night was the opening of Santa Claus Lane, which, of course, wouldn't have been complete without the irrepresible Charlie McCarthy, his stooge, Edgar Bergen and lovely Dorothy Lamour, NBC Radio stars, and, oh, yes, Santa Claus, himself, was also there.
