Their gig previous to this was Glastonbury. This time they were on the tiny Radio Ulster (Bandstand) stage at Stendhal.
They describe themselves as "four-piece feminist queer punk band from Belfast". Great fun, energy and they sound great too and are great at banter with the crowd. I was looking forward to them at Stendhal and they didnt dissapoint! I love them!
comprised of Beverley Boal, Bethany Crooks, Ciara King and Alanah Smith. All 4 take a turn at lead vocals which somehow adds to the feel that they are really enjoying themselves and getting on well together.

E' un problema per tutti quando un uomo di Stato perde la testa. Lo è per chi lo ha votato, che si sente defraudato e deluso. Ma lo è anche per chi non lo ha scelto, perché misura la deriva di un leader, l'imbarazzo internazionale che lo circonda e soprattutto l'indebolimento del Paese.
In pochi giorni, sommerso da uno scandalo pubblico che non sa affrontare perché non può spiegare (il famoso "ciarpame politico") il presidente del Consiglio ha accusato "Repubblica" di manovre "eversive", d'intesa con i giornali stranieri, ha parlato di "campagna d'odio e d'invidia" e ha invitato gli imprenditori a non fare pubblicità su questo giornale.
Ieri, costretto a rispondere ad una domanda sul caso che lo insegue appena mette il naso fuori dalle mura dei giornali e delle televisioni domestiche - comprese quelle di Stato - ha ribadito la sua minaccia alla libera stampa. Siamo davanti al caso unico di un premier imprenditore che usa il mercato ad personam, invitandolo a colpire un'azienda per fermare un giornale.
Naturalmente noi proseguiremo il nostro lavoro; e altrettanto naturalmente il Gruppo Espresso ha annunciato azioni legali contro il presidente del Consiglio in sede civile e penale. Ma il problema resta. Perché c'è modo e modo di affondare: lo spettacolo a cui stiamo assistendo trascina nel gorgo la dignità di uno Stato e di un Paese.

Trouble in paradise: Artifact
The new couple starts finding flaws with each other after a trip to the mall. The boy hates the new pink jacket the girl bought him, causing an inkling of distress in the relationship. This tension shows in the clash of the artifact of the bright pink jacket against the bright green one. Both colors are saturated and fighting for attention in the photo, giving it an air of confusion and distress. Both are feelings the couple now shares. Low key lighting also serves to pinpoint the tension instead of bright, happy lights.

Example of blurry streaky noise that I'm suddenly seeing in some pictures, but not all. Only in the bokeh in certain pics, in this one, it was both in front of and behind the butterfly that was my subject. This is a different day/location than the tree.
