Eu tinha dito que a minha Rida veio sem nenhum defeito, não foi? Na verdade ela veio com alguns, sim, mas são coisas bem pequenas. Felizmente nada de perna quebrada ou cabelo zoado.

O primeiro foi um risco ao lado da testa. Não é um arranhão, mas o oposto: parece q um filete de cola secou ali. Felizmente o cabelo tampa tudo. Se não sair com água, vou passar uma lixinha de leve.

Outra coisa é uma marquinha escurinha dentro do branco de um dos olhos. Quando eu tirar a peruca pra por no amaciante, examino isso melhor.

E o terceiro problema, bizarro, foi na calcinha. De um lado ela foi costurada como se tivesse a cintura mais alta e encaixa bem na bunda. Do outro, dobraram o cós na hora de costurar, como se fossem dar bainha, e aí ela fica saindo.

Enfim, coisas bem pequenas e todas facilmente resolvíveis. :D

Esta marchitación interna les ocasiona una gran variedad de problemas como: resequedad, piel sensible, estreñimiento, sangrados, falta de lubricación y más. Ellas pierden su sexualidad al no poder intimar con su pareja, lo cual les lleva a cuestionar su cuerpo y persona lo que se convierte en un problema mental. Las mujeres que han pasado por esto por lo general cargan el problema en silencio y sin ayuda. Hay que poner la luz en esta situación y ver la forma de brindarles la información y ayuda adecuada.

The outline of Mount Santa Tegra form an archaeological site, which is in the Castro de Santa Tegra, belonging to the Celtic culture and the most emblematic and visited the forts Galicians. It was declared a National Historic-Artistic Monument (Spain) in 1931 and also has the consideration of Cultural Interest.

The castro, according to the thesis maintained by de la Peña Santos, director of the last campaigns of archaeological excavations in the 1980s, had a continued occupation between the first century BC, soon to begin the process of Romanization of Galicia, and the first century AD , and from that moment began a slow process of abandonment, which could well have been interrupted by sporadic temporary reoccupations in late-Roman era. Petroglyphs were also found in several of the stones from the mountain, drawn around 2000 years before the occupation of the fort.

It is located on Mount Santa Tegra, 341 m of altitude, in the most southwestern extreme of Galicia, in the municipality of Guarda, a privileged place from which dominates the mouth of the river Minho. The hill slopes has some very pronounced cun visual field contour that made him possibly a strategic posted long before the lifting of the castro.

Archaeological excavations

Although the population of the Guard should have known of the existence of traces of old buildings on the hill for a long time, in 1745, when Father Sarmiento visited Guard, made no mention of them, but, on the contrary, made him the lot, its shrine and pilgrimage.

From this moment the site began appearing in the media. Also in 1914 the canon Fontela Domínguez, without any argument, the remains attributed to the "Iberian-Roman civilization" and identified them with the historic "Abóbrica" mentioned by Pliny the Elder (theory still followed today by some authors).

First excavations (1914-1923)

From 1914 until 1923 the director of the archaeological work was Ignacio Calvo, who was making known the outcome of proceedings in several articles. Mergelina campaigns (1928-1933)

Between 1928 and 1933, the professor at the University of Valladolid, Cayetano de Luna y Mergelina directed, using the most advanced methods of the time, a series of archaeological campaigns focusing in particular on the eastern slopes, putting the open lot of houses and other buildings .

In 1945 he published the results of its work in a study titled "La citania Santa Tecla. La Guardia (Pontevedra)." Abandonment period (1933-1979)

O contorno do monte de Santa Tegra forma um sítio arqueológico, no qual se encontra o Castro de Santa Tegra, pertencente à cultura castreja e o mais emblemático e visitado dos castros galegos. Foi declarado Monumento Histórico Artístico Nacional (Espanha) em 1931 e também tem a consideração de Bem de Interesse Cultural.

O castro, segundo a tese mantida por de la Peña Santos, diretor das últimas campanhas de escavações arqueológicas na década de 1980, teve uma ocupação continuada entre o século I a.C., ao pouco de começar o processo de romanização da Galiza, e o século I d.C., e que a partir desse momento começou um lento processo de abandono, que bem pôde ter sido interrompido por reocupações esporádicas temporárias em época tardo-romana. Foram encontrados também petróglifos, em várias das pedras do monte, elaborados por volta de 2000 anos antes da ocupação do castro.

Situa-se no monte de Santa Tegra, de 341 m de altitude, no extremo mais a Sudoeste da Galiza, no concelho da Guarda, num lugar privilegiado desde o que domina a desembocadura do rio Minho. O monte tem umas ladeiras muito pronunciadas, cun domínio visual do contorno que fez dele, possivelmente, um lugar estratégico destacado desde muito antes do levantamento do castro.

Escavações arqueológicas

Embora a população da Guarda devesse ter conhecimento da existência de vestígios de antigas edificações no monte desde faz muito tempo, em 1745, quando o Pai Sarmiento visitou A Guarda, não fez menção delas, mas, pelo contrário, fê-lo do monte, sua ermida e a romaria.

A primeira descoberta da que se tem constância foi, em 1862, a de uma escultura de Hércules feita em bronze que foi encontrada por uns canteiros que trabalhavam perto da ermida. Esta escultura foi roubada do museu na década de 1970.

Na segunda metade do século XIX as ruínas começaram a ser valoradas na sua justa medida. Constatam-se as primeiras referências escritas das ruínas nos apontes arqueológicos de Ramón López García em 1864,[2] e na testemunha de Manuel Murguía na sua obra "Historia de Galicia" em 1888, que deduze das ruínas um parentesco dos seus habitantes com a "raça" celta da família dos galos.

Já no século XX, foi criada na Guarda, em 1912, a Sociedade Pro-Monte de Santa Tecla, a qual um ano mais tarde promoveu a realização de obras de acondicionamento das cercanias da ermida e o traçado de uma rodovia de acesso ao cume. As obras desta rodovia puseram ao descoberto, no lugar conhecido como Campo Redondo, muros de edificações e alicerces de vãos da muralha exterior do castro.

Perante estas descobertas, a sociedade solicitou uma autorização oficial para iniciar escavações sistemáticas no lugar, autorização que foi concedida em 26 de Fevereiro de 1914,[3] e na que se nomeou arqueólogo chefe a Ignacio Calvo Rodríguez, do Museu Arqueológico Nacional (Espanha).

A partir deste momento o sítio começou a aparecer nos meios de comunicação. Também em 1914 o cônego Domínguez Fontela, sem nenhum tipo de argumentação, atribuiu os restos à "civilização ibérico-romana" e identificou-os com a histórica "Abóbrica" mencionada por Plínio o Velho (teoria ainda seguida na atualidade por alguns autores).

Primeiras escavações (1914-1923)

Desde 1914 até 1923 o diretor dos trabalhos arqueológicos foi Ignácio Calvo, que foi dando a conhecer o resultado dos trabalhos em vários artigos. A Sociedade Pro-Monte também participa nos trabalhos da zona conhecida como a Fonte Nova. Calvo atribuiu ao povoado uma ocupação desde os inícios da Idade do Bronze até a época romana. Foi o primeiro autor em denominá-lo "citânia" (seguindo o exemplo da arqueologia portuguesa) e em falar da possibilidade de identificá-lo com o mítico Monte Medulio, onde os escritores clássicos situaram a também mítica derradeira e heróica resistência dos galaicos.

As campanhas de Mergelina (1928-1933)

Entre 1928 e 1933, o catedrático da Universidade de Valladolid, Cayetano de Mergelina y Luna dirigiu, utilizando os mais avançados métodos da época, uma série de campanhas arqueológicas centradas, nomeadamente, na ladeira oriental, pondo ao descoberto grande quantidade de moradias e outros edifícios.

Em 1945 publicou o resultado dos seus trabalhos num estudo titulado "La citania de Santa Tecla. La Guardia (Pontevedra)". Seguindo as majoritárias "teorias invasionistas" do momento, datou o povoado com uma ocupação desde o século VI a.C. até o século III d.C., com uma nova ocupação no século V, e atribuiu-lhe aos seus habitantes uma natureza "post-hallstáttica" de origem celta.

Período de abandono (1933-1979)

Em que pese a ter sido declarado Monumento Histórico Artístico Nacional em 1931, o sítio sofreu nesses anos a ampliação do traçado da rodovia de subida e um agressivo reflorestamento do monte que deterioraram gravemente o sítio.

Desde 1933, data da última campanha de Mergelina, os vestígios postos ao descoberto sofreram as conseqüências do seu abandono enchendo-se de vegetação. Este período de abandono durou até 1979.

Durante estes anos houve poucas e breves intervenções, como a de Manuel Fernández Rodríguez nas cercanias do edifício conhecido como Casa Florestal ou as reconstruções feitas em 1965 e 1972 em duas moradias a ambos os lados da rodovia, reconstruções que, do ponto de vista científico, apresentam sérios problemas de fidelidade, mas que se tornaram em pouco tempo num ícone da cultura castreja.

Esta etapa de abandono terminou em 1979, quando Alfredo García Alén dirigiu trabalhos de limpeza e consolidação das estruturas mais próximas à rodovia, trabalhos estes promovidos pelo Ministério de Cultura (Espanha).

No rain & mud: no flowers!

145km de pluja i fang amb 1300m de desnivell +

8h pedalant

Dia molt plujós on va ploure tota la nit, i va deixar les pistes i camins preparats per batrens amb el fang i la pluja. Una pluja que, en el meu cas sortint a les 9:00 am, no va parar fins passat Sant Celoni, més o menys a la meitat de la ruta, però que després, tot xop i ple de fang vem continuar fins al final.

Tot va començar amb un: ''-em quedo al llit-'', igual que la majoria dels participants!

Però després, el meu cap va fer un gir i va pensar que podria començar la ruta i com que es pot agafar el tren a moltes poblacions durant la ruta, doncs tenia moltes opcions per tornar en tren si ho veia molt magre.

Així comença la meva particular aventura.

Va començar amb 2 participants més igual que jo, anaven a començar i a veure-les venir, s'havien quedat sense companys i vem fer equip, i així va ser durant els primers quilometres on vem riure a pesar de tot el que ens estava caient, molta pluja i fang, xops de dalt abaix des de'l primer moment i dubtant de poder fer-la tota, però rient. Després va venir el grup del David Millar i els 'Eat & sleep bike' de Girona que anaven molt forts i amb els quals vaug anar durant molts quilometres, fins al 50 aprox. En el punt de control jo vaig parar a sellar i ells no. Cap problema per què durant tota la ruta anaves trobant grups de gent que s'havien creat esporàdicament o que ja anaven junts i amb els quals anaves fent piña. Passant per tots els punts de control i coneixent a uns i altres, sembla mentida, però cada cop anava gaudint més.

Després de Sant Celoni para de ploure i ja no tornaria a ploure, encara que tots teniem aigua i pluja per 2 setmanes si voliem :) Pujant un pel la temperatura i amb les desnivells de les últimes pujades, ja no es passava tant de fred. Em sentia molt bé i anava passant a gent i grups amb gravel (jo amb BTT), fins que com sempre, un clàssic per qui em conegui, trencada de radi des de la meitat de la cursa o abans i roda torçada + una punxada a uns 25 km d'arribar al final. Vaig intentar inflar la roda sense cambiarla per guanyar temps, però com sol passar, el vaig acabar perdent, vaig perdre un grup amb el que anavem molt bé, i al final vaig tenir que parar a cambiar la roda, i la càmera no la vaig inflar gaire bé, i això va fer que anés amb una pressió més baixa a laroda de darrera, justament arribant a zones rodadores on els gravelers anaven més ràpid. Vaig estar apunt d'enllaçar amb un gran grup, eprò no vaig poder i em vaig quedar sol amb vent de cara i menys pressió a la roda, per tant, més lent. Els últims quilòmetres degut a aquesta rao van ser el pitjor, però per la resta, sembla mentida, però diria que va estar genial superar diferents problemes i situacions, meteo, etc.

Al final, la tornada en autobus parlant amb alguns participants i organitzador Joan Calvera, tot comentant la jugada, va ser un bon final per un 'epic rain & mud day'

Día Muy lluvioso donde llovió toda la noche, y Dejar los pistas y caminos preparados para batrens con el barro y la lluvia. Una lluvia que, a mi caso Saliendo a las 9:00 am, no paró Hasta Pasado Sant Celoni, más o Menos en La mitad de la ruta, pero que Después, empapado y lleno de barro mos continuar Hasta el final.

Todo Empezar con 1: '' -me quedo en la cama- '', al igual que la mayoría de los participantes!

Pero Después, mi cabeza va Hacer 1 giro y pensó que podría Empezar la ruta y como es olla tomar el tren a Muchas Poblaciones durant la ruta, pues tenía Muchas opciones para volver en tren si lo veía Muy magro.

Así Comienza mi particular aventura.

Empezó con 2 participantes más al igual que yo, iban a Empezar y ver venir, habían Quedado sin Compañeros y hemos examinado Hacer equipo, y ASÍ fue durant a los primeros kilómetros donde hicimos reír aunque todo lo que NOS estaba cayendo , Mucha lluvia y barro, empapados de arriba abajo diciembre l'primer Momento y dudando de poder Hacer toda, pero Riendo. Después vino el grupo del David Millar y en los 'Eat & sleep bike' de Girona que iban Muy Fuertes y con los cuales vaug ir durant MUCHOS kilómetros, Hasta 50 aprox. En el punto de control yo paré a sellar y ELLOS no. No hay problema para que Durante toda la ruta ibas encontrando grupos de gente que se habían creado esporádicamente o que ya iban juntos y con los cuales ibas de haciendo piña. Pasando por Todos los puntos de control y conociendo a unos y otros, parece mentira, pero cada vez iba disfrutando más.

Después de Sant Celoni para de llover y ya no Volvería a llover, aunque Todos teníamos agua y lluvia por 2 semanas si queríamos :) Subiendo 1 papel la temperatura y con los desniveles de las últimas subidas, ha no es pasaba Tanto de frío . Me sentía Muy bien e iba pasando a gente y grupos con gravel (yo en BTT), Hasta que como siempre, un clásico por quien me conozca, rota de radio desde La mitad de la carrera o antes y rueda torcida + un pinchazo en unos 25 km de llegar al final. Intenté inflar la rueda sin cambiarla para ganar tiempo, pero como suele ocurrir, lo terminé perdiendo, voy Perder un grupo con el que íbamos muy bien, y al final Tener que parar a cambiar la rueda, y la cámara no la inflar Mucho Bueno, y eSO hizo que fuese con 1 presión más baja a Laroda de atrás, justamente llegando a zonas rodantes donde a los gravelers iban más Rápido. Estuve a punto de enlazar con un gran grupo, epro no pude y me quedé solo con viento de cara y Menos presión en la rueda, por Tanto, más lento. Los últimos quilómetros debido a ESTA razón fueron el Peor, pero por lo demás, parece mentira, pero diría que estuvo genial superar Diferentes problemas y Situaciones, meteo, etc.

Al final, la vuelta en autobus HABLANDO con varios participantes y organizador Joan Calvera, Comentando la jugada, fue un buen final para un "epic rain & mud day

-Retrats ciclistes-

Dins de les activitats dels 30 dies en bici Barcelona, els fotògrafs Xavi Calvo @calvox i Sergi Periche @sergiperiche ens unim per realitzar un projecte fotogràfic anomenat 'Retrats ciclistes' on descubrirem diferents perfils de persones ciclistes, on la bici gira al voltant de la seva vida, ja siguin ciclistes de tota la vida o de fa un any, urbans o esportius, mes o menys actius, sense importar sexe o edat.

Avui hem quedat amb el Jaume Carné Cabré, és arquitecte, encara que ja jubilat, però en canvi està molt actiu en el món de la bicicleta. En el món ciclista de Barcelona se’l coneix per portar ‘Bicicultura’. Fan rutes ciclistes d’àmbit cultural i arquitectònic. Fa poc va patir un càncer però ja es troba molt bé i continua anant en bici per la ciutat. Ell ha triat un lloc que per la seva professió valora pel fet de que s’hagi fet en una ciutat com Barcelona on no es habitual que es facin aquests anomenats ‘carrils ciclables’ que uneixen ciutats al costat de rondes i autopistes. Ens trobem a la cafeteria de l’Escola d’Arquitectura, i després de fer uns cafès, pedalem fins al carril ciclable que uneix Barcelona amb Esplugues, fem fotos i xerrem

1.- Per què has triat aquest lloc?

J – Estem a l’anomenat carril ciclable que va de Barcelona a Esplugues, abans de que existís, només podies anar en cotxe, hi ha molt soroll de la autopista i a més es nota per què estem en hora punta. En cotxe no hi cap problema, però els ciclistes i els vianants què? Doncs mireu, els ciclistes i els vianants hem d’anar cap a dalt de tot de Sant Joan de Déu, passar pels Tres Molinos i llavors baixar a Esplugues, ó anar a buscar la carretera de Collblanc. En els 2 casos has de fer una gran volta per superar aquest núvol d’ “espaguetis” que en diuen autopistes. Per sort l’àrea metropolitana se li va acudir que era possible fer el carril bici i peatonal, ho va dir la alcaldessa d’Esplugues el dia de la inauguració, un camí de 700 metres que ens uneix el Parc de Cervantes amb el nucli urbà de Esplugues. I clar, la gent ho pot fer caminant o en bicicleta, i això es un canvi radical i genial.

2.- Tu com arquitecte, com ho veus?

J – Si estiguéssim a Holanda o a Dinamarca no haguéssim vingut aquí perquè això ho tenen a tot arreu, però aquí, a Barcelona i a Espanya també, des de el meu punt de vista, es el primer que es fa amb cara i ulls. Una infraestructura per vianants i bicicletes que es fica per mig de les autopistes i permet el camí natural, anar des de Barcelona a Esplugues. El camí natural que havien robat els cotxes als vianants i als ciclistes, es un gran avenç.

3.- Introduir infraestructures com aquestes, es molt compicat?

J – No es tracta només de dir: tirem pel dret i ens fiquem pel mig dels cotxes perquè no podem interferir el tràfic dels vehicles privats. S’ha hagut de fer un pont per travessar un carril de cotxes, aquest carril concret es el que va des de la Diagonal a la Ronda de Dal. Aquest carril no el podem eliminar per lo tant s’ha hagut de fer un pont per sobre, si volem una ciutat més amable hem de començar a fer aquestes coses sinó...

4.- L’hi agradaria canviar el xip d’haver construït la ciutat a partir del cotxe.

J – A veure, es que aquí ha passat una cosa, que ha passat a tots els països desenvolupats, es una mica absurd, però les carreteres es van inventar pels carros i les bicicletes i després va arribar el cotxe, als començaments del segle XX. Però amb la gran empenta de la industria del automòbil, els cotxes es van apoderar de tot, no sols de les carreteres i autopistes sinó també dels centres de les ciutats. Llavors, si ens fixem en l’actualitat, a Barcelona estem en un episodi d’alta contaminació i es culpa sobretot de la combustió dels vehicles privats; per això, pel soroll, i per una vida més saludable hem de canviar les coses. No necessitem haver d’anar esclavitzats amb cotxe, ara hi ha una xarxa de transport públic que ens permet anar d’un lloc a un altre sense masses complicacions. Jo practico la “intermodalitat”, que vol dir que puc anar en bici i després posar la bici dins del transport públic. I aquí a Barcelona -Catalunya- els percentatges d’us de bicicleta respecte als turismes privats i els autobusos, son baixíssimes si les comparem amb els països en els que ens emmirallem que son evidentment Holanda i Dinamarca. Hem de pujar aquest percentatge de mobilitat sostenilble.

5.- I.. per què vas en bici?

J – (Riures) La historia es molt personal. A mi m’agrada molt l’esport, jugo a futbol, faig natació, etc. i de sempre he anat en bici però sense massa intenció, una mica de “dominguero”. Als diumenges al de matí m’avorria perquè a la meva família l’únic que els hi calia era aixecar-los per l’hora de dinar, i jo anava a voltar en bicicleta pels matins. Això es va convertir en afició i vaig acabar muntant “Bicicultura”. Bé, i ens vem vendre els dos cotxes, ens vem des-motoritzar al voltant del 2001.

6.- Ho vau vendré tot, eh?

J – Sí. Nosaltres vivíem a dalt, a Collserola, a una casa i vem decidir amb la meva dona fer un canvi de casa, a una zona més urbana, i no acabar fent de xofers dels nostres fills en un futur. Va ser un gran canvi inicial, però els nanos de seguida van començar a anar en metro a l’escola. Jo ja m’havia acostumat a anar molt en bicicleta, i actualment estic fent uns 3.000 km anuals en bicicleta, els meus desplaçaments urbans son en bicicleta o ‘intermodals’.

7.- Els trenta dies els coneixies?

J – L’any passat vaig veure que a Koos -tenda de bicis de Gràcia- feien la presentació dels trenta dies en bici, hi venia el Carlos Rodríguez, el guru dels trenta dies en bici a nivell nacional, i als que hi érem allà ens va obrir els ulls, de seguida com a Bicicultura em va venir la idea de fer la gimcana, i vaig fer la gimcana ciclista, aquest any la repeteixo. El que s’ha de fer amb els trenta dies en bici es anar-ho incrementant, vol dir que com més coses es faixin més ressò ciutadà hi haurà, i que la gent s’acostumi a anar en bici.

8.- Penses participar en els trenta dies, a part de amb les activitats, faràs els trenta dies?

J – Jo es que els faig cada dia. No sols faré els trenta dies sinó que faré activitats, faré la gimcana. Hi ha una sortida de les meves itineraris d’arquitectura guiats que es a Castelldefels, una sobre el front marítim que la faig amb el col·legit de metges i després hem fet, el 4 d’abril, una xerrada a Eroica Caffé per parlar sobre “Bicicultura”

9.- Has patit una malaltia...

J – Sí, el dia 3 d’Agost del 2018 em van diagnosticar un càncer amb metàstasis al pulmó que no es broma, bé, encara no fa nou mesos... home, em vaig donar un “susto” de mort, bé encara tinc les seqüeles, ara vaig amb el cap pelat que duia, si veieu la meva foto d’abans duia una melena espectacular. El càncer amb metàstasis no es pot operar, llavors els oncòlegs van decidir un tractem amb hormones i amb quimioteràpia. La quimioteràpia la vaig acabar al gener i ara ja estic amb els controls rutinaris. La quimioteràpia et xafa i a veure, jo la quimioteràpia no li regalo a ningú perquè realment es sacsejar tot el cos, diuen que necessitaré any i mig per recuperar la meva condició física anterior...les meves ungles fan pena, etc. Però cada vegada em sento més bé físicament, he anat a esquiar aquest hivern, jugo a futbol, vaig en bicicleta... A l’oncòleg li vaig dir “escolti que jo soc ciclista”, per què clar, una de les meves obsessions era si els ciclistes teníem un percentatge més alt de tenir càncer de pròstata o no. I el metge em va dir “vostè vida absolutament normal” perquè no es cert que els ciclistes tinguin estadísticament més càncer de pròstata que un NO ciclista, el que sí que tenen més tendència a la prostatitis que es una inflamació de la pròstata. El meu cas en concret, sí es una putada, he estat uns mesos en ‘standby’, però ara ja torno a estar en plena forma...bé, no del tot, però ho estaré.

10.- La convivència amb els cotxes o els vehicles a motor...

Y – Es una miqueta de convivència amb els cotxes...

J – Hi ha zones i zones, això vol dir que si tu vas per Ciutat Vella, el ciclista i el cotxe conviuen perfectament, però si te’n vas a llocs a on no hi ha ciclistes, per exemple a Pedralbes o a Nou Barris, pues els cotxes van al seu aire i et donen cada ensurt. Bé, has d’anar amb una mica de compte perquè hi ha cada boig que... ells nos saben que qualsevol sotragada et pot tirar al terra. Jo no he tingut cap accident. No m’ha tirat ningú mai. Tinc experiència en bici, no provoco i a més a més quan veig que hi ha un boig el deixo passar, també em poso al centre de la calçada per que em respectin.

11.- Què es ‘Bicicultura’?

J – Fem rutes ciclistes d’àmbit cultural i arquitectònic. El nostre objectiu, apart de la part cultural i arquitectònica, és que la gent s’acostumi a anar en bici per la ciutat, però t’he de confessar que es complicat. Vull dir que la gent que s’apunta a les nostres sortides, ho fa com de sortida de cap de setmana, però no per fer un canvi de mobilitat més diari. Crec que a Barcelona es molt fàcil anar a peu i en transport públic, i el que es faria en bici ja ho fa la gent caminant. En el mon ciclista ens preguntem per què, però jo crec -i ara em tiro pedres a la teulada- que tampoc es tan necessari, o que tampoc la bici soluciona tant les coses a la gent que es vol moure per la ciutat. Però esperem que això canviï, en altres països es comença des d’abaix. Es importantíssim que els nanos aprenguin a anar en bicicleta a l’escola, i això aquí no ho fem.

Encara hi ha una mica de por per anar en bici, però en el darrer mandat municipal hi ha hagut un salt estratosfèric amb la creació de carrils bici a Barcelona. Els carrils bici ajuden a combatre la por a circular en bici de molta gent.

Ara existeix el que s’anomena ‘evaporització’, això vol dir que si tu li fots putades al cotxes s’evaporen...i això es bastant divertit. Per exemple, ara visc al Raval i tota aquella zona ha disminuït el transit de vehicles privats, no puc donar dades però segur que hi son. Que vol dir, que li han entestat tantes putades als cotxes; aparcament en superfície només per residents, aparcament en soterrani molt car, etc. que els cotxes s’han evaporat de Ciutat Vella. Abans dormia amb el soroll dels cotxes igual que dorm la gent a l’eixample i en canvi ara a Ciutat Vella a la nit es dorm bastant bé. Ara et desperten els borratxos, però això és un altre tema...

Quantes bicis tens?

J – Tinc 5! Apart de la Brompton, tinc una clàssica de carretera -Colnago-, una Trek de cicloturisme, la meva dona té una d’aquelles de la època de passeig, es una bici de dona, i tinc una bici molt ‘vintage’ que deu tenir 30 o 40 anys que no la trec més que per el dia de la pedalada modernista.

Ontem/hoje lá pelas 00:25 recebo a notícia através de outra esmaltólatra da minha cidade, que chegou a coleção Delícias de Verão da Hits Speciallitá, numa loja que ontem (sábado) de manhã, eu estava pertíssimo de lá. E lá é sempre parada obrigatória pra mim, sempre vou lá. Havia acabado de sair de um simulado e estava perto dessa tal loja, pensei em passar lá, mas como fazia muito tempo que nada chegava lá, nem a coleção Tititi da Hits ainda, deixei de ir lá para fazer outro caminho bem maior, para passar em outra loja, terminar de comprar umas coisinhas das trocas e talz...

Ela (a esmaltolatra daqui da minha cidade tbm) disse que comprou na sexta, ou seja, passou sexta, sábado, domingo (hoje) não abre :/ Então só posso ir lá na segunda-feira.

E eles (os esmaltes Delícias de Verão) ficaram lá expostos a essas volta redondenses loucas da vida, que compram todos os esmaltes que vêem na frente (o Mabi esta esgotado em todas as lojas), já pensou se elas levam meus 12 escolhidos dessa coleção que irei comprar ? Vou ficar louca da vida, rsrs.
