El invierno en Alemania

Este momento fue muy emotivo, ya que el espectáculo que nos brinda la naturaleza es maravilloso, y los seres humanos disfrutamos de este privilegio.

This moment for me was very emotional, since the spectacle that nature offers us is wonderful, and we human beings enjoy this privilege.

A privilege to be able to watch this Barn Owl quartering the fields below the moors this evening. I enjoyed it so much that I never made it onto the tops to take the sunset images I'd planned!

The Duke of Burgundy butterfly is sadly increasingly rare, and this sighting was a first for me.

The wings might be slightly tattered, but I felt so privileged to be able to capture it.

A glorious owl as it swoops low to the fields and grasses. The grace of these animals as they spread their wings and flow so low was a pleasure and privilege to see and capture so I hope I did it justice

The Tower of Hercules is a tower and lighthouse located on a hill on the peninsula of the city of La Coruña, in Galicia (Spain). Its total height is 55 meters, and dates from the 1st century AD. C. It has the privilege of being the only Roman lighthouse and the oldest in operation in the world. On June 27, 2009 it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Until the 20th century it was called the Lighthouse of Brigantia, or in Latin Farum Brigantium.

There is only one class of men, the privileged class.

Being unable to see exactly what the sky was like in the direction of the setting sun I decided to head back down knowing there were many possibilities for shots further down. The light however was climbing the mountains and growing more intense as it did so. I've seen the Cuillin glow different colours before but not quite the gold colour that it did on this evening. The reflected light from the overhead clouds was also catching the rocks of the foreground. It was a privilege to witness and I hope I've done it justice.

While in Costa Rica last year we had the privilege of viewing these beautiful Macaw Parrots as they flew around 'in the wild'. It was such a fantastic day spent at this farm.

I'm not sure but this may be a hybrid?

Thanks for your visit and comments.

In this street scene, the monochromatic tones add a sense of starkness and contrast to the image, emphasising the juxtaposition between the person’s difficult circumstances and the opulence represented by the car. It makes me reflect on the challenges faced by individuals experiencing homelessness and raises questions about social responsibility and compassion in the face of such visible disparities.

I had the privilege of creating a 6 image editorial for SPARK's debut issue - out now! I decided to feature a long gone (but not forgotten) designer, Paper Couture, and their timeless vintage pieces mixed with new creations from some of Second Life's top creators. This editorial has been on my mind for a few years and I'm happy I was able to find a home for it to live. All my love to my first virtual obsession, Paper Couture.

Gelnhausen is a town and the capital of the Main-Kinzig-Kreis, in Hesse, Germany. It is located approximately 40 kilometers east of Frankfurt am Main, between the Vogelsberg mountains and the Spessart range at the river Kinzig. It is one of the eleven towns (urban municipalities) in the district. Gelnhausen has around 22,000 inhabitants.

Gelnhausen was founded by Emperor Frederick Barbarossa in 1170, it is therefore nicknamed "Barbarossastadt". The place was chosen because it was at the intersection of the Via Regia imperial road between Frankfurt and Leipzig and several other major trade routes. Frederick had three villages connected by streets and surrounded by a wall. At the same time Gelnhausen received town privileges and a Kaiserpfalz was erected on an island of the Kinzig river. The emperor also granted trade privileges like the staple right which forced traveling merchants to offer their goods in the town for three days.

According to the Institut Géographique National from 1 January 2007 until July 2013 the geographic centre of the European Union was located on a wheat field outside the town.

Gelnhausen is located on the German Fairy Tale Route, a tourist route.

You were waiting for Monday to arrive, you didn't like Sundays.

It was your ritual, you got up early and had breakfast. Then you would prepare the mate and bring it to me in bed.

You would sit at your desk and upload the photo to Flickr. You were happy, your day began with what you enjoyed so much.

I know you really liked this photo. I remember that day very well, - Amalita turned out great on you!!! -you told me

For you Danielito ❤️

Epecuen a place where you were so caught up in photography.

You felt identified with the sadness of the place and at the same time the beauty that it radiated. So many photos in your gallery prove it.

All friends will continue visiting your gallery, remembering and missing your friendship and generosity.

You will find your inner world reflected in the spectacular photographs, your passion for the mountains, the beauty that you managed to capture in each place and a range of colors with the unmistakable seal of the house. With Pontinian seal! -as I always told you. Unique and unrepeatable!

We were fortunate to enjoy traveling throughout Argentina from Ushuaia to Quiaca. Trips that I will treasure forever in my heart.

Thanks to you, with your incredible images the world has the privilege of knowing how beautiful our country is.

The South, well south, proud South!

Without forgetting your memorable photo captions. Loaded with irony, humor, sadness and a lot of love.

When you arise in the morning, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive - to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love.

1of 5 new for my album Marstrand. Take a look !

Marstrand is a seaside locality on the Swedish west-coast. It had 1,319 inhabitants in 2010 and has held city privileges since 1200. The most striking feature about Marstrand is the 17th-century fortress Carlsten, named after King Carl X Gustav of Sweden. The town got its name from its location on the island Marstrandsön.

During the last quarter of the 18th century Marstrand had the free port status, granted by the King Gustav III. Marstrand is a popular sailing resort in summer time with many sailing competitions.

I see it all before me:

the days of love and torment;

the nights of rock-and-roll.

I see it all before me.

Sometimes my spirit's empty;

don't have the will to go on.

I wish someone would send me energy.

Give me something.

Give me something to give.

Oh, God, give me something:

a reason to live.

My body is aching.

Don't want sympathy.

Come on. Come and love me.

Come on. Set me free.

Set me free.
