Kasteel Staverden
In 2008 is het huis verkocht aan een particulier die in 2014 failliet ging waarna de hypotheekhouder het huis in mei 2016 via internet in openbare veiling bracht. Voor de sluitingsdatum werd het huis onderhands verkocht aan Geldersch Landschap en Kasteelen, die reeds eigenaar van de grond was.
Sinds de verbouwing van 2008 zit in de orangerie een Brasserie (Brasserie Staverden) en is de tuinmanswoning een (huur)woonhuis. Tot het faillissement van de particuliere eigenaar (hierboven genoemd) konden er in het kasteel en in het koetshuis feesten en partijen gegeven worden. Na de verkoop van het kasteel is dit alleen nog mogelijk in de Brasserie/orangerie en op het terras.

In 2008 the house was sold to a private individual who went bankrupt in 2014, after which the mortgagee put the house in a public auction via the internet in May 2016. Before the closing date, the house was sold privately to Geldersch Landschap en Kasteelen, who already owned the land.
Since the renovation in 2008, the orangery has a Brasserie (Brasserie Staverden) and the gardener's house is a (rental) house. Until the bankruptcy of the private owner (mentioned above) parties and parties could be held in the castle and in the coach house. After the sale of the castle, this is only possible in the Brasserie / orangery and on the terrace.------------------------------------------

The newly delivered Dassault Falcon 900EX for Max Verstappen had its first visit at Schiphol Airport. This jet previously belonged to Sir Richard Branson of the Virgin Group. The jet will be operated by ExxAero from the Netherlands
