Private Eye (engl. für Privatdetektiv) ist eine Satirezeitschrift, die in London herausgegeben wird.

This weekend, the weather was not really nice, but that also means less walkers - this is Kicki (Squirrels-2021-7220.jpg)
As I meandered about along the shoreline of Garden Bay, I was hunting for a different foreground. One that would convey the context of the area, but still look interesting. When I came across this private dock, two parts of the shot were now in place. With the foreground providing context in the form of a dock, now it was time to establish what else to include.
The clouds were getting darker as the light was dimming. They told a story in themselves, and their reflections in the still lake were amazing. But it was the distant hills that complete the story. Including them told, how private this landscape was to its owners. Now with all elements in place, it was time to fight with the thorny weeds that would leave their marks on my legs.

This is the shot that Tonia and I went back for once Gertrude got a new tranny. (just reshod her too also to the tune of $850 bucks, bring on the Forest Service roads!)
We had the lake to ourselves. there was almost no color in the next shot, it goes fast.
