The shower has a unusual view... to the rest of the room!

Isn't privacy about keeping taboos in their place?

This deck needed some privacy and a way to build in some plant material. The screen on this deck also has a water feature at the very far end that spills into a galvanized pan that we added into the floor of the deck. We also added a few low voltage deck lights.

Your Deck Company is a deck builder in the Toronto area. We also service Markham, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Pickering, Ajax and surrounding areas. Your Deck Company specializes in the installation of low maintenance decking products and custom outdoor garden structures.

Feel free to visit our website at www.yourdeck.ca for more examples of our work. We would be happy to assist you with your upcoming decking or outdoor project.

Thank You.

The funny thing about this guy...

He was sitting in a bright orange chair in the middle of a plaza talking on a cell phone.

I might say there is no bigger paradox than having a private conversation while sitting smack in the middle of a public space on a bright orange chair.

Yet, oddly enough - he seemed very isolated... eh, mission accomplished, I suppose.

It's not nice to snoop when someone is chatting on the internet... :O

My sister trying to get some privacy and isolation while she reads her book. Ironically the ferry passes by and makes her quiet spot look more like a zoo cage. lol.

This infographic was created to inform its audience about the rise of Facebook's influence, Mark Zuckerberg's background and Zuckerberg's involvement in the issue of online privacy. It was created as an exemplar to use with middle school students during my instruction of visual design concepts.

Mating Bordered Mantids, Stagmomantis sp., I think S. limbata. The pair stayed locked together from at least noon (when I first saw them) until after dark, around 8 p.m., after which I finally saw the female on her own. The male, apparently, escaped without becoming her dinner. I wonder if waiting until dark to separate from the female is a possible survival strategy for males -- only males of this species can fly, so maybe he could use darkness as a cover to make a quick getaway with less chance of being grabbed?
