In this exhibition of prints, drawings, videos and objects, Artist in Residence Eleanor Morgan explores the slippery boundary between living and non-living materials. Her work is inspired by the Grant Museum's collection of intricate glass sponges – animals that naturally build themselves out of glass – they are formed of 90% silica.

Printing demonstration 1 - inking the roller.
For those who wonder why their prints don't look like the image on the screen, these pictures may provide some insight. The light in the "From the back" view is reflected light similar to a printed picture. The other view is lit from the back like a computer screen. So images on the screen may appear brighter for certain colors. This is the same moth in both views, I just walked around to get the sun coming through the wing.
