As part of my graduate studies in Graphic Design, the goal of the project was to communicate a Typographic Weather Report by using the history of the letterform as a conceptual anchor.
This is a 100-page art cookbook I
designed for the Cooperstown Art
Association. It consists of recipes used
at receptions at the gallery, recipes from
local artists, and artwork from those
artists. It is organized and embellished by
my original vector artwork rendered in
Adobe Illustrator. In addition to creating
all the design elements throughout, I
arranged and color corrected all the
artists’ work. Here you will find several
sample pages including the front and back
covers. It was my intention to convey
creativity and tastefulness at the same
time.

Sand was a true labour of love. Each dot was individually drawn - there are almost 5,000 of them in each repeat. Two sizes of dots are swirled together to reflect the shifting pattern of the tides.

Wild Dog have had the privilege to design a number of Noble Caledonia's brochure (Winner for Best Brochure); coupled with a regular ongoing design & artwork service across an array of supporting mailers and inserts.

White Basket is based on the traditional picnic basket. Subtle shading defines the weave, and the background colour is a soft charcoal gray.

Building on the successful launch of the Routes to recovery training manual for the National Treatment Agency, PHE commissioned Wild Dog to design & print the latest supplement 104pp ring-bound document. Utilising the same design ingredients, the latest document is aimed at community based drug workers.

Windflower was inspired by delicate dried flowers that I found at one of the beaches in White Rock, BC. I tried to capture the contrast between gently swaying flowers and solid boulders in this design.
Our brief is to design effective & prestigious collateral with high-end production values that reflect the C&K cultural ethos. Our 2012 DM received an outstanding 9.8% response conversion rate; resulting in winning the Best DM Campaign at the Travel Marketing Awards. Our latest edition included design, print and fulfilment for this 50,000 mailing campaign.
