This is a statue of a "Hopi" woman. I joked around about it being an early princess Leia sighting.. The real Leia later informed me that Princess Leia's hair was inspired by Hopi Women, who had been sporting the 2 donut look for centuries..

the only shot I was able to get from today's birthday photo attempt.... apparently she was way too cranky for photos today, so we're going to do it again sunday....
this year her party's going to be hannah montana themed, and I'm doing a "pop princess" themed invitation and decor....... can't believe she's going to be 6 already......
and in this photo, she was wearing makeup and more jewelry than you can believe ( a ton of bangles, and rings on every finger thumbs and pinkies included) lol it was SO cute :-) can't wait to re-shoot!!

Day 15 - January 14, 2010.
These are my princesses - Hannah (Belle), Jenna (Aurora), and Caitlin (Cinderella). I love them so much. They got me through my senior year of high school. We've come so far together and being in the musical brought us close but not seeing each other for several months and reuniting just drew us even closer!!
We met up at Starbucks today and right before we all had to leave Cloud 9 we took TONS of pictures and such a great time catching up. Gah, I miss them. <3
Sometimes in life you have a fraction of second to take a picture. In 1967, while photographing the Monaco Grand Prix, there was a moment when I saw Princess Grace of Monaco looking in my direction. This photo was one of these moments. It has been published many times in newspapers in different countries.
