today I babysat for my 3 year old nephew Trey, and my 1 year old niece Autumn.
Autumn and I played Pretty Pretty Princess with Brittany...
and I totally won. oh yea
The lights were out that time, I could barely see the cake I covered, until I found a big mess of a crack on the side of the cake the next day.. :( The only thing to do is covered it up, so I risked myself to put a big satin bow on it. I've never made a big gum paste bow before but couldn't think of any better idea than that.. So this is what came out, it was just too bad I had no time to wait for it to dry or else the loop won't came out flat like that.. haha..

This was a cake order that I filled last weekend for a little girl's 1st birthday party. Vanilla cakes filled with raspberry topped with fondant and buttercream details.

Princess Ariel is a fictional character, a mermaid and the protagonist of Disney's 1989 animated film The Little Mermaid. She later appears in the film's prequel television series, direct-to-video sequel The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea and direct-to-video prequel The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning. Ariel is voiced by Jodi Benson in all the above animated material.
The character is based on the protagonist of Hans Christian Andersen's "The Little Mermaid" story, but was developed into a different personality for the 1989 animated film adaptation. Her distinct appearance consists of long, flowing red hair, a green tail and a purple seashell bikini top. Until Giselle of Disney's 2007 film Enchanted, she was the only Disney Princess to have red hair.
A stage musical version of the 1989 film debuted in 2007, in which the "live" role was originated by Sierra Boggess.

This is one of my favourite pics of Maya. Called it Princess Maya because you guessed it...she looks like such a tiny Princess!
it is my favourite among the few number of theatres in town, as it screens relatively more worthy of seeing movies than the others, of course according to my taste, which gathers around people with more or less similar interests. so, you'll like the environment better too. what else can one expect from a theatre.
