How could anyone deny this face? When Princess Penelope comes into my home office, sits at my feet, and looks up at me with her soulful (and, truth be told, mischievous) eyes, I am all hers.
Within 30 seconds of such a scene, she will either be: in my lap, licking my face; baby sharking my feet; or chewing the legs off my office chair.

I had just finished a very easy flow newborn session. She was only 8 days old, content and beautiful. I just waiting to hear from another overdue mum and then it will be my last session at my so beloved studio as I am heading to Calgary beginning of January. I will miss the soft ligth and the love I had put in every single corner of the studio but I am ready to build another one in Calgary and looking forward to the challenges ahead in setting up in another market.
She's my most expensive of the Bratz purchases. (She costed 38$!)

An early morning start in the forlorn hope of a spectacular sunrise.
No such thing happened on this occurrence, at least not where we were resting our gaze. Instead the impressive Carew Caste in Pembrokeshire was thrown into some mystic haze with the use of some in camera exposure trickery and a wave of the camera to instigate some intentional movement,
Princess Nest led an eventful life. She was born a princes’ daughter, became a king’s mistress and then a Norman’s wife; she was abducted by a Welsh prince and bore at least nine children to five different men. Carew was her home for a while.
With special permission from Steam Railroading Institute, we had access to the property and the Pere Marquette 1225 on the night of October 4th to get our photographs. This is by far the best night exposure I've taken so far and my favorite pic of 1225.

A Delmarva Central crew operating with units split between the head and hind ends is about to work Mountaire Farms near Princess Anne, MD. 1560 holds the main while 1562 shoves onto the Crisfield Industrial Track toward the Mountaire facility. For a brief moment it seemed as if two trains were meeting here. This I.T. was once part of Pennsylvania Railroad's Crisfield Branch, later the Crisfield Secondary. Today only a short stub exists to serve Mountaire Farms.
