I got this in a random Princess Barbie & Horse playset, i no longer have the horse or the doll, i only kept the dress. It is a polyester satin with diamond gold glitter print over skirt and bodice. Front panel is made with gold satin i think with an acetate puff sleeves and collar. It is very low cut.
I plan to eventually sell this dress, along with others on ebay, but not within the next couple of months, i'm trying to restore/complete all dolls/garments before selling.

Pink buttercream swirl liberally sprinkled with edible glitter as are the stars. Cupcake tower to go with princess barbie. This was for one of my wee girls good kindy friends who is now off to school. Happy school days Larissa x
When you don't have a bunch of pictures edited and ready to go you dig into the reserve princess pictures which are always perfect straight out of the camera. Well maybe with just a little editing. A Mary Poppins would be perfect (practically) straight out of the camera.
Photo wise there was editing in Photoshop.

So I was dying for a Princess Leia doll, and when my mom couldn't find one (or maybe it was that she didn't like the Barbie-esque one -- my mom didn't like Barbies...), she created her own from a random play doll from the store.
If you know what the original doll was, let me know! I have no idea... My mom set her hair herself, and sewed a costume up, so I never saw the original look of it.
Sure, she had blue eyes, but I was fooled that it was a true Princess Leia doll. And I loved it.
Also note my sweet Strawberry Shortcake tricycle and dolls. It was a good Christmas.
I believe it was 1984, or maybe 1983?
I had a different lamp that she looked way cooler on but we needed to use that lamp in the living room. what? yea exactly.

So my sweet princess came home to check her humble servant Ami's work around her domaine, and approved. Ami will be pleased :) Lots more to do, so more of the same tonight! ♥♥♥X
(Your Mai apologizes for not plunging naked into the Onsen with you, but she still needs to save her outfit :) And she promises to tell Ami to get rid of those clouds of steam!)
