Princess Dreams - Standing: A random ebay find spawned this shoot, Godox V1 rear left and right for the pink background lighting, and a Godox AD200 in the octogon softbox up front left for primary face lighting. A Godox AD200 in a 30x120 softbox front right provided additional full body lighting.
I have slowly been editing my photos of my weekend with Laura. I started just randomly editing but have now decided it makes sense to go through as I took them as I was all over the shop and there is nothing like having a system.
I had asked Laura to keep her eye out for an evening dress and she found this one.
We had no intention of making it look all princess like it just seemed to happen that way once we made the necklace into a head band.
I thought it very Game of Thrones the TV series.

Finally, they've arrived...
This little trio arrived in the mail at work for me today. I ordered them from Toys R Us last week, after failing to find them in the store I visited. Unfortunately, I had to go straight from the office to the airport for a work trip, so the girls had to come with me in my hand luggage. We're all settled very nicely in Edinburgh.
At least one of them will be having a bit of an identity crisis, and will be turned into a little boy. At the moment, I'm thinking Amber. Watch this space...

OK, I have been on the costume craze lately, so I had to get my favorite princess of all, Snow White!
The late Princess Diana and Prince Charles, visit Victoria B.C. Canada in 1983. Going through some old photo's I posted and realized I hadn't added this one to very many groups. From my working days at the Victoria Times, later became the Times-Colonist.

Okay here is the fairy princess cake made by Claire, Chloe and me. It was a valiant attempt, so far from perfect but I think its okay. There are two cakes underneath there, the top one using the mould my grandmother, therefore Chloe's great-great grandmother used even before WWII. I know the Barbie............! her feet are firmly in pink icing, I hope she hasn't lost her shoes (no actually Claire packed her into clingfilm).
It is raining in buckets so there won't be a jumping castle instead there will have to be indoor games in the garage - 20 children and 25 adults. Oh help!
