Here is a toy that I am repurposing for my Classics collection: Deathsaurus.
Pictured in robot mode, he originally was the voyager class figure named Darksteel from Transformers Prime. With the help of a free set of labels from Reprolabels.com, he's been transformed into the classic Decepticon from the Japanese show and toyline: Transformers Victory.
The stickers really add character to the original toy. In addition, I also took the extra "beak" from his weapon and laid it across his head. It doesn't really attach anywhere, but it helps to homage his classic look.

This is the voyager-class first edition release. He also has the Dr. Wu upgrade head (DW-TP06) that doesn't have a faceplate.
I purchased him from a friend to finally get a Transformers Prime Optimus Prime in my collection of Autobots from the show.

Chef de cuisine and owner Mark Grosz worked under the tutelage of renowned chef Jean Banchet of the world famous Le Francais in Wheeling, Illinois. He further refined his skills in France and Hong Kong, and has served as head chef and culinary impresario at a variety of restaurants and private clubs in Illinois and Michigan until 1989 when he opened the doors at Oceanique. Mark continues to offer discriminating diners some of the most creative and exquisite dishes prepared in the French tradition, with an American twist.
This commissioned Goldbug was painted primarily with House of Colors "gold" (which caused me some major problems with dry time) i debated the "gold" I would paint him for a while, but realized nothing would say "goldbug" more than actual metallic gold. No real modifications done to him, other than the custom head (guess who it is) Gloss coated with Alclad's aqua clear coat. Plate left blank for customer personalization.
The first chair is now primed and a second one is sanded. This is a LOT harder and more time consuming than I expected!

I know the vitamin bottle looks pitiful, but I needed something to prop his leg up. The joint at the hip can't support the full weight of the leg when it isn't upright. At least it looks COOL!!!!

Kulta Prime, hell-bent on destroying the Toa and all they stand for, manifests his newest form in order to enact his evil plan. Ditching his old skeletal form and weapons, Kulta Prime is now almost entirely robotic, adapting ancient technologies to gain an edge over the heroes. Kulta’s new form now incorporates not only resurrected Okotan bones and machinery, but is also reinforced by modern technologies used by the Toa, Protectors, and Ekimu himself. Using the powers of the Overkuta, Kulta Prime can call upon any past confrontations, making him near impossible to outwit twice with the same strategy.
Kulta Prime is cold and enraged as ever, now following his own protocols and pursuing them by any means necessary. However, his ego and past may well be the key to overcoming Kulta. His armor is untouchable by basic elemental blasters, adapting to counter with each type used. Inversely, Kulta Prime does not possess any elemental powers on his own, but with new expanded knowledge, he can extort others’ powers if he comes into possession of them and their respective weapon(s). Either way, Kulta Prime is a force to be reckoned with.

This is one of my custom made Transformers Prime Copperhead figures, in his sports car mode.
This new Autobot was created from a legion class Bumblebee figure for a local group of Arizona Transformers fans. We call this our first Arizona Cacticon exclusive figure.
Envisioned and then realized by myself, he is meant to evoke a desert and snake theme. This project led me to spending 3 weeks on painting 10 individual figures. It was a lot of work, and I'm glad to be done. Each completed figure also included a customized artwork on the original card back and bubble.

Bio:
Copperhead patiently blends into the environment ambushing Decepticons who fail to notice the camouflaged Scout. Although a master of surprise, he will slip away to warn the Autobots before threats escalate. If provoked though, he will take the opportunity to strike, hoping to scare off a Decepticon attack. He may be minimally armed, but Copperhead is a valued soldier who finds himself in more battles than he wishes will aiding the Autobot cause.
