Annum novum faustum felicem!

It's easy to see why this formation ended up being called the Priest and the Nuns, although to me it looks like Mother Superior delivering a stern lecture to the flock. Photographed in Castle Valley near Moab, Utah.
M7B1 Priest
The 105 mm Howitzer Motor Carriage M7 was an American self-propelled artillery vehicle produced during World War II. It was given the official service name 105 mm Self Propelled Gun, Priest by the British Army, due to the pulpit-like machine gun ring, and following on from the Bishop and the contemporary Deacon self-propelled guns.

A lot of credit goes to Halls of Montezuma (Max if I may say). I need a few more pieces(1x1, and other pieces for chasis. I really liked how it turned out but C & C still wanted.
Thanks- Joe
Pend Orielle Valley Railroad's Sandpoint Turn arrives in Priest River. So far the train has a few loaded woodchip cars, but will pickup some loaded centerbeams before continuing east. The power today is two former Illinois Central GP10s. The trailing unit still wears the "Death Star" scheme. Some old maintenance equipment sits to the side. Priest River, ID, 9/10/2025

"As the learned scholar once said, 'Hora quoangula hora lanchescumburger.' Whatever that means."
The Oleander priest knows of no greater pleasure in life than scrubbing through all the buried, dusty, and musty tomes of the ancient Oleander libraries for strange books in important sounding languages. Unfortunately he's got absolutely no idea what any of it means most of the time, but he doesn't let such trivial things stop him from sharing his great wealth of knowledge gleaned from these ancient orators with everyone around!
The first batch of my CMF series for Brethren of the Brick Seas - more to come soon! Enjoy!
Who else remembers that very short-lived series (perhaps NBC?) from the early 70's; Priest?
It followed the wild adventures of maverick clergyman Julius Priest as he brought holy justice to Harlem.
Priest by Name... Ass-kicking Evangelist by nature!
Every week he'd get a new mission from his talking Bible (voiced by Casey Kasem). The best episodes had him up against a Satanist biker gang. And all to a heady soundtrack of gospel disco. A few episodes in he got a kung-fu kicking oriental nun as his sidekick. Then it all went weirdly metaphysical which did for the already lousy ratings and the show was pulled from the ratings.
It's never even shown up on video or DVD which fuels the rumours that pressure groups had the original tapes destroyed...
... or have I been eating too much cheese before bedtime again?
I decided to make a few more tanks and the Priest has made an appearance. Its my first two wide tracked tank! I once saw a picture of one with poles in the ground so guess what I did. Can anyone tell me what they're for?
