Brescia and Garda Prealps 20230925
The Brescia and Garda Prealps are a mountain range in the southern part of the Alps. They are located mainly in Lombardy but also in Trentino Alto Adige and in Veneto, in the northern part of Italy.
Administratively the range is divided between the Italian provinces of Trento (in the Region of Trentino Alto Adige), Verona (in the Region of Veneto) and Brescia (in the Region of Lombardy).
The easternmost slopes of the mountains are drained by the Adige, the central and western part of the range by Chiese, Sarca, Oglio and other minor rivers and streams, all of them tributaries of the Po .

Il Monte Cesen, dove ancor oggi si possono vedere i ruderi archeologici di casere e malghe di origine medievale, appartiene al Comprensorio della Comunità Montana delle Prealpi Trevigiane.
Tutta l'area è proposta come Riserva Naturale Regionale in quanto rivela un forte interesse ambientale e paesaggistico come ad esempio il fenomeno carsico.
La stagione autunnale è il momento migliore per ammirare gli straordinari panorami che gli ariosi pendii del Monte Cesen ci offrono...

LA FRAZIONE DI VALDENOGHER.
Valdenogher fa parte del comune di Tambre, in provincia di Belluno, nella regione Veneto.
La zona viene denominata Alpago-Cansiglio in quanto il territorio considerato comprende l'intera conca dell'Alpago e parte dell'altopiano del Cansiglio, inserito nel Comune di Tambre d'Alpago e di Farra d'Alpago.
Questa porzione di territorio è pressoche´ disabitata per via dell'elevata altitudine e delle pendici scoscese, che la rendono inospitale. In essa vi sono delle montagne di un certo rilievo, come ad esempio il Col Nudo, con 2471 m, e il Monte Cavallo, con 2350m.

La Re 460 041 "Coop" longe le lac Léman avec un InterRégio reliant Brig à Genève et s'approche de Lausanne.
Le panorama de Saint-Saphorin est sublime, entre terre et lac, la voie ferrée longe le rivage. En arrière plan, les Préalpes vaudoises. A droite de la photo, les dents de morcles (2969m) et Le Grand Muveran (3 051 m) sont reconnaissables avec leurs pics respectifs.

Le massif de la Chartreuse est un massif montagneux des Préalpes, situé en majeure partie dans le département français de l'Isère et aussi dans celui de la Savoie, constituant une région naturelle. Il culmine à 2 082 mètres d'altitude à Chamechaude. Il est constitué essentiellement de calcaires disposés en successions d'anticlinaux et de synclinaux formant de longues lignes de crêtes orientées du nord au sud. Les dépressions, au fond desquelles coulent le Guiers et ses affluents, sont séparées par des cols. Le massif, soumis à un climat océanique montagnard, connaît des précipitations relativement importantes mais l'eau est peu présente en surface ; elle s'écoule rapidement dans les réseaux karstiques creusés dans le calcaire.

As several other peaks int he Northeastern Alps, this summit is also part of a range that has a very steeply falling northern wall. Below this view is deep fall. We can see the next peak, the Kreuzberg and the next range that is called Maroldschneid. Both are located in Germany already.

The Jochberg is a small mountain of 1.560 m height. One of the very typical, small, but rocky and sometimes steep mountains that you can find in the Bavarian Prealps.
The weather was like in springtime. In the morning 0°C, during the day it climbed up to 8-10°C. I saw liverwort and primroses in bloom on the way.
