A very short video from a powerline construction on a railway station

On my way back home I drove past these greenhouses and saw the warm sunshine reflecting on the glas surfaces. Both the building and the powerlines give a nice depth to the image.

This is the second time this line is upgraded. It was upgraded in 1991, but was still using poles as crossarms. The poles were severely buckled and bent so about 4 years ago these were upgraded to almost all steel arms. It's interesting to drive down Interstate 49 because they come up next to the hwy and then turn like this and head back off.

Looks like they changed crossarms and finally fixed the lean on these poles, although there are no brace poles or new guy wires. Many of the old insulators were reused on the new arms
