A: Yea, verily, the building (the left portion, at least) was erected sometime between 1901 and 1907, per Sanborn fire insurance maps; and lo, there is "Osmino's Grill, Real Salvadorean & Italian Cuisine."
Per the 1907 Sanborn map, the building was apparently a grocery store originally. See how the second-floor windows reflect the powerlines.

A powerline can be seen behind the Pisgah National Forest sign on the Pisgah Ranger Districts as it passes overhead, Oct. 14, 2024. This powerline runs from Greenville, N.C. over the Blue Ridge Mountains and through the Great Smokey Mountain National Park into Tennessee.
