Powerlines; I couldn't have uploaded this picture without them.

Photo taken for Our Daily Challenge 9/18/16: Line Dance

Photographed from the front steps

These huge powerlines travel a long distance from Kárahnjúkar to the aluminum(?) factory in Reyðarfjörður, I desided to have my dog in the picure for you to see how huge this is.

Powerline trail (short cut) to Mt Kathleen, BC.

Powerlines just outside the Sixways Stadium in Worcester.

Powerlines and they sky

The Cleco lines following Hwy 90.

Very large Entergy H-Frame.

Fourth in the Phoenix 70-210 series. I should be more original, this is nearly the same as my Telephone pole picture. You can see the bokeh on the lens taking up the upper left of the picture. I have to say, the bokeh is one of the least impressive things about this lens for more, although I'm not going to say that as a definitive yet because I haven't really been able to use it to its fullest in a nice crowded environment with a lot going on in the background. Still, I had high hopes seeing the 8-bladed straight edged aperture, I like sharp polygonal bokeh but I guess that may be asking for much.

Powerlines across Buffalo Bayou, Port of Houston (Texas). This waterway has a lot of barge and ship traffic.

I think this one looks funny. The two crossarms are bent in opposite directions.

Electrical Powerlines located near Welland, Worcs.

I wonder if anyone knows the purpose of that odd-looking clipped-on line up there?

Heading home on the I-90 alongside the powerlines and the South Shore Railway.

Best viewed large.

Apparently something used to be here.

Powerlines on M5 Motorway

GE and EMD engines bring a potash train through the Gary neighborhood of Duluth. Tall brown powerlines often dot the landscape of this region. Steelton Yard and the Wisconsin state border are up ahead.

Another Holga experiment. I took two rolls of 35mm film and taped them side-by-side onto a used spool of 120 backing paper and ran it through my Holga. Then stitched them together in Photoshop.
