Testing the new camera for work; one of our light fixtures we made in the last few months.

A 5' x 5' space with a commode, vanity, and 4' x 4' custom chandelier. Mirrored on three sides; highly polished marble on fourth wall and floor; polished stainless steel light fixture.

I have a flickr account for work where I will be much more specific regarding the project.

Here I'm just showing my flickr friends slices of my life.

The next couple of months are going to be ALL about work. Work work work. Like - that's it.

Which is PRECISELY what I've been saying out loud "life in my 40s" was going to be like, and *BOOM* here's the proof.

My first real attempt at cloning. It looks cute and I like it, but I could definitely use improvement.

Imagine a tiny baby sitting against a baby powder bottle. This picture is sad in a way, which is why I like it. I love the purple tones.

Materials used: Red Moroccan leather, porcelain

Powder bellows of red Moroccan with Meissen porcelain caps ribs bound with gilt braid. During the 18th century, when wigs were a real status symbol, bellows like this would be used to apply powder to wigs.

A combo of the colors in the powder. The green walls pull out the green in the granite. Pay no attention to the ugly color of the wood...its not staying.
