The heating method can be electrical, gas or diesel fired, designed and built specially for Powder & Liquid curing purposes assuring you of low power consumption with uniform temperature throughout the working space in the oven.
Melting & Curing constitutes a highly critical phase of the powder coating process. The curing schedules recommended by the powder or liquid supplier must be strictly followed, if good adhesion & corrosion resistance is to be achieved. While powder melts at approx.100°C, curing requires higher temperatures usually between 180°C to 200°C.
If the curing is inadequate, the quality will be brittle and flake off easily. If the powder coat is exposed to harsh heat its colour may change.

I suspect that other shots I've seen like this, the photographer sifted the tea onto the scoop. No matter how many times I tried this, I ended up with a slight compression "crack" in the tea powder.
But there's something that bothers me about doing something so ridiculous (that no tea lover would ever do,) just to set up a shot. Does this really mean that I love tea more than I love the image? Hmmm...
Regardless of the answer to that question, I do truly enjoy the tea. Container is a traditional natsume, wood with lacquer and makie (painted design.)

Here again is a view of the Powder River in Montana, where it joins forces with the Yellowstone River in Montana. Seen just west of Terry,Montana. Terry is a fine little town. I stayed there 2 days while on this trip.
Good shopping, dining, a motel and hotel and friendly folks. I suggest a visit.

I borrowed a speedlight from a friend and a quick google later I was making a lot of noise in the dark trying to time the bounce of the ball with the flash! Frustrating, but great fun, and exciting when this one landed!
