Post card view of the Taj Mahal

Ol post card views include the Castillo de San Marcos - a Spanish fort begun in 1672. The Ponce de Leon Hotel (now Flagler College) built in 1888. The St. Augustine Lighthouse built in 1872. The wooden bridge that preceeded the Bridge of Lions. St. George Street - looking north.

Foreground cropped and then given the Sepia treatment and curves altered to try and give that over exposed feeling of those old photos.

I can never get enough of this place..

What's more fun than playing in a pile of leaves?

This turned out so cute, Emily! That blue sky really makes the other colors "pop".

Some of my favorite childhood memories involve playing in gigantic piles of maple leaves that Dad would rake up just for me to jump in. =) I wish I had a photo of my Dad's little 19th c. dairy house and the enormous maple tree dwarfing the house so you could see what ridiculously huge leaf piles I had. The house is 1 & 1/2 stories high and the tree is double that.
