Playing with light - magnetic ball bearings & bike lights

I liked the sunlight reflecting on the clouds and trees just before sunset. Sunset March 6.

A Slow Shutter Speed and a Fluorescent Light were used to achieve this effect

This is from one of those vertical tubes with bubbles and changing colour lights lighting them

Updated version of PointyThing now controled with an ESP32 and Adafruit stepper controller board, rather than Arduino Uno. It's writing the light with Neopixel LED and has sensors on the stepper motors to find home positions. Makes setting up much easier.

Beautiful colours of the sun set from the plane over the Atlantic.

Inspired by the previous purple light pic we played with a lightsabre. Background darkened in photoshop.

Testing out my reflective umbrella with a pair of worklights that put out 1,000 watts. First attempt, not bad. This is my sister-in-law, Erin.

From my Playing With Light Period. When I bought the Nikon FE, it came at my request with a 43-86 Nikkor Zoom lens. Taken in a park at Pool in Dorset, at dusk. Max zoom at f22 sky filter only!
