Playing around with pots and plants. The bench adds a little, I think.

Happy TGIF!
Delosperma 'Oberg'. These are very interesting succulents. Their daisy-like flowers only open in the sun.
The Physical Plant is the area of a complex or building that houses the equipment that produces the heating, air and other systems that are used. This is the "Physical Plant" in the basement of Disney's Tower Of Terror, giving access to those "service elevators". Disney goes all out when theming their ride queues.

Just about my favorite time of year...and not just because I get to enjoy Daisy in her pretty spring dresses again. But that's certainly a plus. 😘
I seemed to have been on a bit of a trespassing roll last weekend. First a farmyard with a chain across the driveway and then this malting plant. I tried both main buildings on the site - the first was locked, the second open. I went in and yelled "Hello" four times, louder each time. No one came so I simply wandered around until the rain came. Once again the old adage, "tis oft times better to beg forgiveness than to seek permission" held true.
This facility has changed hands a few times since I have lived in the area, most recently to Malt Europ. A quick check on their website revealed them to be a huge international company with this particular site being their only Canadian one.
Chris Heaphy created a planed whare in front of the destroyed Christchurch Cathedral in the hope of enlivening the city centre following the tragedy. It is hoped to be seen as "a hopeful presence; an affirmation of life and existence alongside acknowledgement of loss, including in its quiet relationship with the damaged cathedral...It reaffirms and celebrates Cathedral Square as a vital meeting place and a place of open, inclusive welcome."
This is likely a Crimson Pitcher plant (Sarracenia leucophylla) at the Stanley Rehdar Garden in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Swan Plant milkweed seeds and their fluffy parachutes patiently waiting for a friendly gust of wind to whisk them away.
Bee for Wing Wednesday! This little bee is more than welcome on my blueberry bush, looks like I'm in for a treat with plenty of blueberries this year. HWW
not sure what kind of plant this is, but it had a nice color, and the water on it caught my eye.
