The leopard plant, also known as the tractor seat plant or green leopard plant, is an herbaceous perennial known for its large, rounded leathery green leaves and its clusters of tiny golden yellow daisy-like flowers that bloom on tall stalks. This tropical plant grows best in warm, moist soils and prefers a shady spot.

This plant gets its name from the bright yellow speckles that appear on its foliage, similar to spots on a leopard. The large round, leathery leaves add wonderful texture and color variation in the garden.

This little plant is in a pot in my greenhouse with a couple of other carnivorous plants and I spend a lot of time just looking at it to see how many flies it has caught on its sticky buds. It really is a fascinating plant.

Each flower head on this garden weed produces five seeds, forming little stars. If you touch or breathe on them they fall off and float away.

Tillandsia ionantha, the air plant, is a species in the genus Tillandsia. This species is native to Central America and Mexico. It is also reportedly naturalized in Broward County, Florida.

The plants are tiny, only 6-8 cm high.

Maybe it's a Cypress Spurge?

Maybe that's a flower?

Probably an invasive species.
