My only sighting of Tundra Swans for this Spring was 2 weeks ago when about 20 birds flew over our neighbourhood. Three years ago we had an exceptional (but brief) visit to our waterfront park by a flock of about 400 birds. Needless to say, I couldn't fit them all into the frame, but by my count there are 161 of them in this shot.

We stopped for gas on HWY10 south of Shelburne before our 150k run out to Keswick . So we don't go into pit stops all nice and organized in a line up using one or two pumps , we blitz the joint every pump and nozzle is ours ! Bunch of Hooligans ! ;-)

So on my way to the pancake rocks I stopped alongside the road to capture these mini islands stretching out over the Tasmanian ocean .
I had to make haste when composing and taking the shot, since other tourists stopped just after I set up my tripod and wanted to capture the same scene as I was busy with.
Out of respect they waited for me to finish before standing alongside this creamy edge and snapping away.

This garage is the only property that didn't sell out to Devimco for its District Griffin projects.
After running in second from the pitstops, Howard spun and dropped to fifth them took a hard hit from Jon Minshaw's Porsche which had launched off a kerb at Hislops, the Porsche being retired at the spot. Although Howard was able to struggle back to the pits, the car did not continue and was retired for the second race in a row. Fortunately the loss of points did not stop Andrew Howard from becoming 2013 British GT champion.
