So I'm on my way to perfecting my waterdrop photography. After getting my macro and another strobe, I can strive to be like Corrie. Still alot to learn, but this turned out quite well.

Strobist: SB-600 right of the drop, aimed back at white gatorfoam, fired with Nikon CLS. Gelled with a #339 Broadway Pink. Shot at 1/100 at f/9 at 320 ISO. Water is in black paint pan, which is surrounded by white gatorfoam. Camera fired with wireless remote at just the right time. My next goal - a collision.

The pink (or possibly purple) flowers of the Crowea saligna, now flowering in Manly Dam. A Macro Mondays submission on the topic "Starts with the letter P".

I started last year's 52 challenge with a picture of a Christmas tree decoration so, as the there is a fitting theme, I'll do the same this year.

Our Christmas tree is a treasure trove of family memorabilia, gathered over the years. This particular souvenir dates back to our year in the US in the late-90s. A present to my hubby, who adores 50s vehicles.
