Vancouver has so many local peaks. We left the city after noon. Drove an hour. Hiked 3 more. And had this view before dinner. This is Sky Pilot, looking south from Mount Mulligan.
A bit surprising that there were only 4 people here on Sunday. Though I guess most people don't get beyond the 3 North Shore ski hills.

Walking along the "ridge" on Pilot Hill, the highest point in Hampshire, there is a wonderful view of the Hampshire/Berkshire border stretching for miles if the weather is right. This day there were bright blue skies but it was rather hazy.

Timmerman, J. Willems, B. Maes en L. Timmerman. De in Vlissingen

This man is my father, pilot with huge experience.
I always been impressed by his skill.
When he spoke about my career in airline as A320/21 pilot, i wonder if he noticed himself.
I always been impressed about his pilot's accuracy. He is my best trainer.

Port Phillip Pilots Vessel "Corsair" returns to Queenscliff, after picking up a pilot from an exiting ship at Port Phillip Heads (the Rip).
Another photo of a pilot whale in the Sea of Cortez. It is so rewarding to be able to snorkel with these amazing creatures.
As seen with the Experimental Flight Suit Yeren. Honestly only picked this torso because it was the closest thing I had to a pilot's jumpsuit. Just imagine her colors are so crazy is because she's an Air racer.
Despite appearances this has only ever failed one MOT, and that was on a bulb. 80,000 miles at the last MOT and I'm guessing one of the very last Pilots. Ex Post Office obviously.
. . . While I was in Fairbanks, a Bush Pilot took off right next to the riverboat as a demonstration. One out of every five Alaskans own their own private plane, and it was very strange to see so many of them parked in people's back yards! Imagine taking that to work every day . . .
Have a great week Facebook, Flickr, and 500px friends!
Was clearing up deleting a load of rejected images, but I thought this was worth keeping and uploading.
