Favourite past time...Scenes like this can be seen along the riverbanks in Sarawak. I was once just like this bloke, but photography takes the better of me...Happy Thursday everyone and Happy Valentine's day to all and Happy Chap Goh Meh to my Chinese friends...Cheers, Ringgo.

I love these little flowers - they are like little pansies and I have always known them as heartsies. This is a full frame photo and was taken with my 75-300 mm lens and all three Kenko macro extension tubes.

A different capture of one of my favorite locations from last winter...

I first thought it would be boring to go see this hole in the mountains, caused by landsliding...but it was kind of impressing when we got there!

I have to admit that when we planned this vacation only 150 km from home, I felt a little dissapointed, scared of the hours of hiking through the mountains...but it wasn't all that bad :), actually it was kind of great!

Foz do Arelho, Óbidos, Portugal

I spent a few days at Lyndhurst, New Forest (south west of London). To my pleasant surprise there are many ponies who live there freely .... this one has captured my heart!

Went to M& D R Nuts nut shop at lunch time yesterday & bought a 1/2 lb. of no-salt, no perservatives mixture of Chester's favorite nuts...He USUALLY doesn't get a piece this big but he basically stole it out of the container as I was opening it:):).

I kind of side tracked the backpacking trip, but had to for this photo:):). For those that don't know, Chester is my pet Chipmunk:).

May everyone have a delightful week ahead. Sunsets are magical and can set the mood for the days ahead.

Sometimes a slow gradual approach does more good than a large gesture.
