The curve on the brim of a hat held by a Lladro figure. And I guess you could add delicate pottery flowers. But my Pick Two is Pottery and Curve. HMM

Pick Two - Macro Mondays
It fell victim to one of my pet's, that it also lost a toe and has a scratch on the tail, I noticed only in this picture.

Tiny pink flowers - I don't know what they are but they are from a small bush.
HMM!
A circle is the reflection of eternity. It has no beginning and it has no end - and if you put several circles over each other, then you get a spiral. ~Maynard James Keenan
What Rosa rubrifolia's flowers lack in fluffiness, compared to its fuller-flowered relatives, they more than make up for in charm and elegance.

In front of our house is this huge tree which I started calling the bee-tree, since it is buzzing with insects - mostly bees and bumble bees, flies, butterflies and everything else loving its nectar from the thousands of blossoms. Since my Mum passed 10 days ago it is kind of a new habit to sit on the bench that I installed for her last summer on the porch out front (she was housebound for the last 3 years), have my second morning tea and enjoying the shadow and smell of this tree, its smells and the sound of all them insects. And today I recognised a much bigger striped insect - and realised it was a hornet! Not especially a big fan but am glad they seem to be back. So my input for MM is striped insect.
Love the reflection of the sky on its back.
I took this time extreme approach and made this one as totally abstract bokeh picture. Picture is from sequins of the stuffed toy. Although picture is from toy the word pair that I used is Iridescent-Abstract.

For Flickr group "MACRO MONDAYS", topic: "Pick Two"
Macro Monday's and the theme of "Pick Two".
Okay I was a bit late this week but didn't want to miss out on the fun. After thinking about what we had around the house I chose my wife's Wicker Basket that she keeps her hair stuff in as there are lots of curves in the handle.
A few seconds of thinking about the background and I decided to place a greenish bag and a pinkish tin so that the handle appears to separate the two colours.
Ambient light was starting to fade by the time I got around to shooting the image but It was at least soft.

For the "pick two" theme in Macro Mondays, "metallic" and "basket".
This diminutive butterfly livens up my garden, with its fairy-like flutter. On this ornamental garlic flower head, it creates a pretty tableau of complementary colors.
My entry for "Pick two", Macro Mondays' theme for June 14, 2021. I chose "delicate" and "insect" for my particular combination.
