Macro Mondays is a weekly theme-based challenge group. This week's theme: "Pick Two." We were given two groups. One group was a choice of four colours. The other group was a choice of four items. We had to pick one of each group and put them together. I chose 'yellow' and 'flower.' Happy Macro Monday! HMM!

Yellow Flower
Hello everyone,
Macro Mondays is a weekly theme-based challenge group. This week's challenge is called "Pick Two."
Five subjects were in list one and five descriptors were in list two. We had to choose one thing from each list and the macro had to illustrate the combination of the two words. My choices were "Insect" and "Striped."
Incidentally, this was the first time I've found this particular wildflower which is called Two-grooved Milk-Vetch. It was crazy-busy with bees. Definitely a good find!

Hello my Flickr Friends !
Today is a red day at Color my World Daily Group and Macro Mondays theme is “pick two”. We had a list of colors and a list of items, and we have to choose one in each list and end up with two picks.
And luckily for me red was on the colors list (maybe I should get a lotto ticket ??? ). My second pick is a bottle cap. And Coca-Cola Caps are the best for a red day, don’t you think ??

I have all the red bottle caps you need....
I did shoot this normal like and then noticed the streak of light coming from the curtains. So I adjusted to have it here for some interest.

These flowers are the most beautiful in my garden, but they always go unnoticed because they are so tiny that you have to get very close to see them well. One flower is 5mm in diameter.
