This was the only pie that was completely gone. Everyone loves apple pie!

This was served on an eco-friendly plate.

Hi Stephanie,

Thanks for being a part of #PiDay with us!

We celebrated #PiDay this year because, like you, we believe in the power of data and mathematics to transform our world for the better.

Given our shared interests and because we alwasy love a good math pun, we're delighted to present you with a freshly baked pie. We're told that pie is better when shared with others, so we hope that you'll share a piece with your family and friends.

Have a wonderful day and thanks for sharing #PiDay with us and the rest of the internet.

March 14th 2014 - aka Pi Day - was the official launch party for MIT AAx on the 6th floor of the Media Lab. In keeping with the Pi Day theme, sweet and savory pies were available courtesy of Petsi Pies in Cambridge.

Later in the evening, AAx merged with with the Grad Arts Forum Annual Arts Showcase and Soiree and the party rolled on!

Sweet potato π at the office

For many years, I superstitiously hated the number 314; however, today was a verra nice day full of new adventures and soaking up sunshine, and so! I cast off the old superstitions and celebrate Pi day.

I like days that are celebrated with food.

Happy Pi Day!

A slice of the winning chocolate chestnut pie.

Ehhhh, you still can't see it. I'm going to have to bring in some lighting to catch the random texture I've brushed into these brackets with my orbital sander. I love it... haven't captured it yet.

In the United States, 3/14 is Pi Day. To celebrate, my grocery store had pie by the slice as well as whole pies.

3.141592......

Happy March 14th (at least to us USians who write our dates properly! ;)

We got a banana cream pie from perkins for Pi Day. Wren ate crust, deciding that the filling parts were not worth trying.

Many of my friends have given up sweets for Lent so instead I made a shepherds pie to share.

With whipped cream, for Pi Day dessert.
