Mordancaged photogram This is my first mordancaged photograph. I was exposed to the wonderful world of mordancage through Elizabeth Opalenik's workshop sponsored by the 2012 f295 Symposium.
Exposing different objects under the light to create different textures and experiment with layering
Photogram of an Angel's Trumpet flower (datura, brugmansia) made in a wet darkroom. Original color: salmon Grown in our garden. A powerful hallucinogen.
Tried my hand at photograms. These are made by exposing photographic paper (with objects laid on it) to sunlight. The result is then scanned to preserve it.

What is Philosophy?
Gilles Deleuze, Felix Guattari
Their book is a profound and careful interrogation of what it might mean to be a 'friend of wisdom', but it is also a devastating attack on the sterility of what has become, when 'the only events are exhibitions and the only concepts are products which can be sold'. Philosophy, they insist, is not contemplation, reflection or communication, but the creation of concepts.

Octopuses are highly intelligent, probably the most intelligent of all invertebrates.
For defense against predators, they hide, flee quickly & expels black ink.
Rayograph or photogram. I don't really know what the difference is ...
You put things on a photographic paper and then light for a moment. This is really fun. I used water and my hair.
I like the frame :) It came out very cool :) It's straight on the right side bacause the scanner cut out a tiny line of the photo. I don't like that scanner ...
i was going through old photos, and came across an old photogram. too lazy to scan, i took a picture of this print with my dslr
Fuji Instax Wide photogram of a 120 rollfilm negative. When taking out a cassette of Fuji Instax film in complete darkness and place objects on the film, then expose (I used a strobe fired against the ceiling), put back the cassette in the camera (I used my Lomo Instant Wide, should also work with Fuji 210), finally press the camera's shutter with completely covered lens, the photogram will be developed. I used a 120 rollfilm negative, the blue tint originates from the negative's organge mask - I have to repeat that once my first b/w 120 rollfilm negatives are back :)
